The Miss Buffalo II is a clean, large, well kept vessel. There is a snack bar providing beverages and snacks. The cruise narration was very well done and very informative. Bench or picnic table seating upstairs, downstairs bench seating outside and tables and chairs inside. The cruise lasts 2 hours and it travels out into Lake Erie, then down the... More

Enjoyed the wonderful ride on a clean well kept boat but the food served was not good at all. I do not know who does the catering for the boat but we have taken this trip for the last three years and this year we had very poor food. The salad was not fresh, the roast beef was so rare... More

I gave it four stars only because they don't have speakers on the upper bow so it was hard to hear the tour. We went on 3pm tour and it was full of seniors before said boarding time so all canopy sets were full. Don't sit lower level rear of boat as its loud and you won't be able to... More

I thought this was remarkable and the scenic views of Buffalo's inner harbor was amazing. I went on a sunny Wednesday evening on a "Tap Takeover" cruise where one of Buffalo's local breweries tapped a few of their beers. There was live music, small spread of snacks like taco dip, fruit and vegatable trays etc.. Staff was courteous, attentive and... More

Recently, our family had the opportunity to take a 2.5 hour ride on the Miss Buffalo. I have been a life-long resident of Buffalo NY until recently. I was so happy to go to Canalside and take this ride to see the views of the Buffalo Harbor from the water's vantage point. Dear Miss Buffalo operators, I am sorry to... More

We took the harbor cruise on a sunny, Saturday. It was a lovely way to spend 2 hours. The boat leaves from the Erie Boat Basin area, and there was sufficient free parking. We purchased our tickets on-line and picked them up before the cruise at their convenient kiosk. The boat was full, but your view was never compromised. The... More

The weather could have been better when we did the sunset cruise. It was quite windy and the water a little choppy. But the water was calm in the Inner Harbor. The boat is a bit dated. But the view of the sunset was nice. The two hour cruise went fast.

This was the 2nd time we took this cruise, and enjoyed it as much as the first time; learning many different things each time. It's relaxing, enjoyable, and just th right length.
