No matter hat season it is you will enjoy the docks of the marina! Lovely park benches to sit by the water, and watch the boats coming and going. Very relaxing. Walk across the street and get a bite to eat. Grab a bench or bring your chairs and just people watch !

The people of Buffalo obviously love this area and it is easy to see why. The stroll along the water is a wonderful way to relax and while away the day. There are plenty of places to stop for a drink or something to eat or to just stop and enjoy the wonderfully maintained basin area.

Located at the foot of Main Street in the newly revitalized Canal Side. City marina which has great pricing on slips. But the slips do not have floating docks which is needed. The security for boat owners is a joke and when it's windy hard to get out of the marina onto the Lake. Much better places to keep a... More

One of the joys of summer is a walk through the marina and down on to the naval park and canalside. With a breeze off the lake it's glorious.

Love the walk along the waterfront to the tower. 85 steps up for great sunset views. There's an ice cream shop (pricey), casual dining, semiformal dining, two outside bars on the water. Plenty of sights on the water. Bring a stadium chair, park and watch the sunset or walk/bike/jog along the path. Convenient location not far from I-90 exit. Just... More

We were there on a beautiful summer evening. The parking was bad, so be prepared to walk. Very crowded. We had our boat docked there in the 80's. Very happy we no longer have our boat! Way too crowded and conjested for me.

Nice place to lie back and hang out and perhaps grab a bite to eat at the food courts and maybe take a boat ride as well.

If you haven't been to Buffalo, or haven't been there in the past 5 years, you really won't believe the renaissance that is going on there. I was there first in 1985 as a college freshman. The people are more than enough reason to go there, but at that time, it was depressed and just a shell of its former... More
