Great place to see a play

I have attended a number of shows there. The bar is nice to catch a drink before after the show. The plays are well done and all of the seats are great for viewing.

After dining at Fridays Restaurant just down the street, we went to The Irish Classical Theatre Company, Buffalo to see Bryan Delaney's Western New York premiere, The Seedbed. The play was well acted and we enjoyed our evening. The Seedbed, suggests imagery that reflects growth ‒ whether it's fragrant flowers cultivated by Mick, a florist from Amsterdam, or ‒ malignant... First time attending this theater using a buy one get one free voucher. What a pleasant experience! Theater is small however every seat is well positioned therefore, no issue seeing the stage or performers. Attended the one man show, Fully Committed, at a Sunday 2:00 pm performance. Great performance. There was no intermission for this 90 minute show, refreshments were... More

this seems the sort of theater that would jam up during st. Patrick's season, but it's a tad more eclectic than that and the current show, about a frustrated restaurant waiter, is one of the most hysterical ever written, won't miss a line anywhere with the cozy seating, none further than three rows back...

Suffice it to say I am actively involved in the local theatre scene in Buffalo, so this review is fromthe perspective of an insider. As an actor, I have had the pleasure of working at IRT as well as on many of the other terrific stages the Queen City has to offer. For my money, the Irish Classical theatre is... More

We saw Steven Sondheim's "A Little Night Music" last night. It was excellent but only runs through this weekend. BUT this theatre has excellent plays and is located on Main Street in Buffalo, NY. We have been a subscriber for almost 15 years.

I loved the play and the small theatre, but sometimes the Irish brogue made it heard to hear. All in all, the actors were sensational and I'd definitely go again..

I've been a member of the ICTC for many years. This is Theater in the Round, with 3 rows of seats facing the stage, you will always have an excellent view of the stage. The actors are well trained and highly talented. The shows are often though provoking and frequently address mature themes. This is not a theater for children.... More

This theatre-in-the-round is well situated on Main St., close to Shea's Buffalo Theater (across the street) with a TGIF located nearby on the corner in case anyone is hungry before or after the play. It's only three rows deep so you are close to the action and there's not a bad seat in the house. A public parking lot is... More

Nice, small, cozy place to see good theatre. We saw the life of James Joyce a while back and were concerned about seating. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house, it is intimate.
