Elmwood has always been the best place to walk around and find something to do. There's many shops, restaurants, art and history museum nearby, etc. However the recent urbanization is upsetting the neighborhood and I'm not sure I want to see what happens.

Excellent area just to walk, shop, sit at an outdoor Cafe for cocktails or lunch. Many locally-owned shops with unique gifts and excellent restaurants.

Elmwood is so diverse. Something is always happening in and around the area. The houses are pretty nice too and the choice of activities and restaurants are great.

There are lots of great shops for unusual ,trendy items. There are also a great choice of restaurants with excellent food. Parking is at a premium so be prepared to drive around and to do some walking.

We visited yesterday and found parking close to the main area with shops, where the homes are located. Gorgeous older homes in a lovely area. If you want to walk, do so in this area. Lots of cute shops and places to eat.

The Elmwood Village is comprised of many small shops and restaurants so you can walk the streets but will need to check the specific shops you want to visit.
