Vacation795350, thank you for your feedback. I do take guest safety as an utmost priority.
I did lead the group down a one way street for one block but this was a one time only tour and literally that morning the city closed off a slew of streets in Allentown that were not that way just a day before when I did a test run. I had to make an impromptu decision and I stand by my decision that it was actually safest route to take a low-traffic side street. I do not know what you are talking about about with crossing the road in the middle of the street, that frankly never happened.
I used turn signals at every turn as I do with every ride, and I went over that verbally with the group. I would hope that if people witnessed others riding recklessly and not obeying the rules of the ride (including myself), they would address or bring that up when stopped along the route. Regrettably, I did not hear you voice your concerns or we would have addressed any behavior as needed.
Guest experience and safety is really important to me so I do appreciate you letting me know your concerns but I honestly don't know how valid these particular criticisms actually are. In the meantime, I am sorry you had a negative experience and that you've gone out of your way to damage an independent business
