Very personable and helpful. This is our second time renting from them. We will be back. Not as crowded as other rental shops

We took our two boys for their first ski experience at Arizona Snow bowl. They had lessons at 9am and First Chair, which opens at 7am, was the only ski rental open with enough time to get fitted and arrive on the slopes in time for their ski school. It was a bit busy when we arrived at First Chair, I think he had some new employees learning the trade. After leaving the store and half way up the mountain, we realized they had forgotten to give us our rented ski goggles. I called and spoke with the owner, Robbie and guess what....? He personally drove up the mountain and hand delivered the ski goggles to us! WOW! Thank you Robbie You really saved the day! You will have our repeat business.
