I got a lot of travel information and a passport to take my journey on Route 66. The passport showed you what you could stop at along the journey. Also tons of brochures for the area. A must and a great bathroom stop when your new to area. In the heart of old 66 flagstaff.

The volunteer that helped us was a woman that had previously worked at NAU for many years. She was really friendly and helpful!! The perfect person for the Flagstaff Visitor Center.

Great place to get info about the city of Flagstaff, restaurants and places to visit. The grandchildren loved the trains which go by frequently

My family and I stopped in mainly to look at the train depot and for the kids to watch the trains go by. Seeing the trains may have been the hit of the trip for the 3 year old :) The staff here gave us great suggestions for restaurants during our trip and we enjoyed all of them. There's a... More

Very well done visitor center. Helpful employees with answers to all my questions. Provided a map and list of activities in the area. Found out about the Farmers Market, which I visited and thought was great.

This should be your first stop when you arrive in Flagstaff to pick up all sorts of free maps, coupons and get suggestions from friendly, helpful staff on things to see and do in the area. There are also some cute gifts that can be purchased.

Stopped after being lost to get back on track. Friendly staff especially helpful was Jim in gave us some great ideas for a day trip to the Grand Canyon south rim. Nice spot to take a break with some souvenirs to purchase . Dont miss a chance to say y;I were on Route 66.

I've never reviewed a visitor's center before...didn't see the need. This staff was helpful, had a lot of info right on hand and bathrooms were clean. Good array of souvenirs but we were sad to see the most popular t-shirt sizes (L and XL) were all sold out.
