Bennett and Pip provided us an amazing experience rock climbing in AZ. I went with two of my girlfriends we are early thirties and enjoy being active but had no knowledge of how to rock climb in the mountains. Bennett was super friendly, knowledgeable, and a good instructor. We felt safe and secure the whole time. He even packed us an delicious lunch. A great start to our girl’s trip!! Definitely a fun activity if you enjoy being physically challenged and aren’t scared of heights.

Thank you! I'm so very pleased that you all had a great time. It's a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic people like your group! I look forward to seeing you again. Bennett

The guides were very fun, knowledgeable, and experienced. We climbed a challenging rock face all to ourselves and had a great experience. Highly recommend these guys!

Bennett and Erika are really down to earth people. They're great climbers as well as great teachers. The places they take you are a little off the grid and away from the crowds with routes ranging in difficulty from easy to expert. I always have a great time with them. Highly recommended!

First off I want to say that Bennett is a very nice person and is fun to be with. If you are very athletic his solo climbing cliff diving trip would be great for you. His website is somewhat misleading. When he talks about his "headquarters" he is talking about his house. When he mentions doing indoor climbing on the rock wall it is an 8' wall in a shed. He fails to mention that to get to the creek you have to climb down an 80 foot rock face. No problems for my adult boys but miserable for me. Oh, by the way, you will be carrying down the equipment as well. Bennett is less of a guide and more of a companion. His equipment is low grade...the "boats" are one or two rubber rafts. To sum it all up, if you have climbed before and don't mind doing half the work it is beautiful and fun. If you are looking for an adventure that is catered for you this is not the one for you.

Hello travelers! I suppose I should respond to this half true criticism. First, let me start by saying that if you are not in decent shape you can save us both a lot of time & *DO NOT BOOK A DWS TOUR OR AMPHIBIOUS TOUR*. Perhaps a Pink Jeep Tour where you sit for hours would more to your satisfaction. We try our best to screen people, but people really believe that they are in better shape than they actually are. Before booking with us please be honest with yourself about the condition you are in. I will take this criticism on point by point. My indoor wall is actually 12 feet tall and not 8 (there are pictures of it on my website). Rather than cancelling this tour due to rain and charging a cancellation fee, I was nice enough to invite this crew to my house to my personal climbing gym and a bbq, they agreed. We climbed indoors..... some loved it...... this person apparently did not. After we climbed, I was nice enough to purchase about $120 of organic food for a bbq (not standard). We grilled enough food for 6 guys. The following day we arrived at the creek. It would never occur to me that someone who is willing to climb up vertical rocks over water would have trouble hiking down to the creek, but that was the case here. *WARNING* *DISCLAIMER* YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HIKE ON OUR CLIMBING AND OR HIKING TOURS* It would also never occur to me that 6 young guys from ages 21 - 33 would have trouble helping their guide carry gear, much of the gear was for them anyhow. *WARNING* DISCLAIMER* YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CARRY SOME GEAR ON OUR HIKING AND OR CLIMBING TOURS* So I guess I'm guilty as charged on both of those fronts. As for my boats.....tell me what type of boats you see on my slide show. A yacht? A speedboat? No, I show my inflatable raft with an electric motor. There is a motorboat in the video, those were for filming pro climbers. We use a soft boats for safety. Not guilty as charged. Walking, carrying things, rain, climbing on our climbing tours, hiking on our hiking tours..... these are things that most people expect when they book an outdoor adventure tour. If you want a real experience and a good time in remote Arizona. Call us. If you can barely walk up or down a hill, then book a PINK JEEP TOUR!

Bennet and Erica are excellent guides! They are friendly and accommodating for our family (mom and 10 year old son). Their encouraging and positive style of instruction made us feel like pros. They provided a healthy lunch and snacks along with plenty of water. The rock wall we climbed was a perfect fit for our skill level and we had the place to ourselves. Thank you Bennet and Erica!

I've gone climbing with these guys several times and every time has been excellent! They know the really scenic climbing areas with great (i.e. fun and challenging) routes but few crowds. They provide all the necessary gear, so it's great if you don't own your own shoes/harness/etc.. The guides really know their stuff and are very safety-conscious as well as being very accommodating to different skill levels/degrees of adventurousness.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who enjoys the outdoors and is visiting Flagstaff!

Following a climbing trip with Bennet & Erika last year, I called again this year to book another three days of climbing during reading week. I am a climbing instructor, and can climb pretty hard, but Bennet and Erika stepped up their game and took me to climbs that really made me work! I was super impressed, as before, with their professionalism and great attitudes. For me, it is impossible to have a bad time with this pair. Be prepared to give it your all, and get a highly memorable experience in return!

Me and my girlfriend recently took a road trip to Arizona and deep water soloing with Kokopelli was no question the highlight of our trip. I am an avid climber and my girlfriend is a complete beginner at the sport, and there was endless rocks to challenge both of us. It is really hard to beat the exhilaration and freedom of climbing a cliff over water. At first I was worried that my girlfriend would not be able to do much on the trip because she is a beginner and this is a very unique way of climbing. However, Kokopelli brought us to climbs that were perfect for both of our levels. Erika and Bennett were extremely helpful and were very fun people to be around. They provided everything we needed and there is no way we could have experienced anything like this without them. We also got to experience their own private rock wall which was also really cool. This is a truly unique experience that is very hard to find. I would recommend this to anyone who loves climbing or is looking for fun adventure in Arizona.

I would love to have written a wonderful, glowing review about how we celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary floating down the river taking in the beautiful sites but unfortunately I cannot.
I schedule the "Takin it easy Wine Tour" at the end of March for an April 26th tour. First of all, Bennett is very hard to get ahold of by both email and by phone. On April 21st I had emailed him stating I didn't think we would be able to go on the tour due to a situation with my husband losing a job contract. I emailed him around 10am. I received an email later that night around 7:30pm from Bennett stating that he would have to charge us the $145 cancelation fee. So I emailed him back as soon as I saw the email around 9pm that evening telling him that we would not cancel and would be on the tour. I never heard back from him. I again emailed him the next day as well as left a voicemail and never heard back. So now it's two days later and I have yet to hear anything back so I leave another voicemail as well as send another email. Finally he writes back on April 23rd at 9:30pm letting me know that they had already given our tour time away to another couple and by this time they had already charged my card $145, after I had already sent the email accepting the tour. So here is my question.....1. Why did they book my tour with someone else before they heard back from me? 2. Why would they still charge me a cancel fee if they were able to fill my spot so darn fast? 3. Why have I still not heard back from him?
Needless to say, I am disputing the charge with my bank and I am letting everyone I know to stay away. I hate to write bad reviews because I truly feel that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all but my hand was forced.
I guess we will have to figure something else out to celebrate our anniversary. Now, what on earth are we to do up north in AZ?

Going to East Clear Creek and rock climbing was one of the best days of my life! The beauty was breath taking along the canyon. The passion and love for the sport was so apparent with these two as my guides. They made me feel safe and motivated. Thank you for showing me such a magical place and being such strong guides.
