Great little park especially for small children. Great little zoo, nice pond and areas to picnic. In the summer the have a fun sprinkler area for kids and a swimming pool. Nice way to spend the day.

Took my 2 year old Granddaughter on a Sunday afternoon. She couldn't stop talking about it. Lots of animals. She loved how the animals walked around freely. Took a train ride and played in the playground.

. We spent 2 hours here feeding and looking at the animals. We talked to some of the workers about the animals. They were very nice and answered my husbands questions. We had a great time here. Will definitely be back.

$5.00 out-of-state fee to get into Forest Park. We initially saw a sprinkler park and pool that looked like fun had we come prepared. I suspect there is enough to do at this lovely city park to warrant the fee. We used a groupon to...More

Sneeze and you might drive past the entrance on your left and have to drive the one-way circuit again. Park for the zoo where you see the playground -- the playground is in front of the main gate. This zoo doesn't have lions and bears,...More
