A wonderful small business with delicious honey and bee derived products.

Well worth the time to go in, sample some amazing honey from the area, infused honey that they created, like Red Chile, and honey they have sourced from other unique areas.

Bee hive outside in the parking lot is intricate and reminds you where your honey comes from.

Take the time to stop in this shop during your time in Santa Fe.

I love a spot of honey in my afternoon tea but just grabbed jar of supermarket honey. No longer, Gabriel introduced me to the many different flavors and intensities of honey when we visited Honey Salon on Juanita. What a worthwhile educational - and tasteful! - experience. Not only did I buy a jar that will upgrade my tea but I'm also going to try some of the stronger flavors of honey when I bake. Also this would be a great way to spend a rainy afternoon!

Have stopped at both locations outside and inside the plaza. Both had an abundance of honey with knowledgable staff. Last stop was at the location in the plaza and the gentleman staffing the location that day was very helpful and knew his product.

If you like honey and want to support local business then this is the place to go.

If you are serious about honey, this is the place to go. The owner can tell you which honeys are native to New Mexico (and from where) or from other states; the season in which they were harvested; their flavors and textures; and more – and in addition, he gives samples, so you can taste for yourself to see what you like. We bought some honey from him ten years ago when we were in Santa Fe the last time and we were delighted to find him again. There are dozens of choices and many are hard to find, such as sage marigold honey, mesquite honey, even carrot honey (literally from bees that were hanging out on a carrot farm). And each one has a subtly distinctive flavor!

If you love honey, or even if you don't know that much about honey, you owe it to yourself to stop in and spend a few minutes with the unbelievably informative staff. The varieties, the tasting bar in particular, is awesome. Their prices are above what you consider normal for the mass produced honey you buy in a chain store, BUT, the honey is so delicious, it's absolutely WORTH IT!

I had an amazing experience here today! They have a variety of different Raw, Extra-Virgin, Unfiltered honey optioned as well as products made out of beeswax, and so much more... I came from Albuquerque to check it out and I was very impressed! I cake home with five small jars of honey and a small jar of beeswax. The man working at the store was awesome and explained each individual honey I asked about and let me try any that I wanted! He was extremely knowledgeable about his products, and very professional. He made the experience very enjoyable and had yummy cold beverages available too.

We were highly impressed by the variety of honey and the friendliness of the staff. He took the time to allow us to taste a variety of honeys and explained the harvesting process as well as where each was from... It was educational and we certainly appreciated the personal attention during the process.

If you like honey, go here. Local honey with exotic flavors you won’t find anywhere else on earth. Plan on at least 30 minutes to taste everything. The honey is not cheap, but exceptional things usually aren’t. You will not leave unhappy!
