After reading reviews of this bar, we decided to try it out, and are glad we did. We got there around 4:15pm and were the first customers. Had a couple of $5 Happy Hour margaritas and $5 chips with salsa, queso and quacamole. The bartender, Jason, was very engaging and as more customers came in, we had a great time.... More

Decided to stop for a cocktail...it is combined with Pink Adobe and Gudalupe Café. Spent 10 min standing at hostess stand (there were no customers)...walked into patio and hostess was standing there texting and totally ignored us saying she was talking (?) to the owners. Really rude. We should have left. Did go into bar and had cocktail. Took forever... More

I've only ever been here at non peak times. That is somewhat by design. It can get busy and crowded during the peak hours. That said if you just need a respite from the chaos of the square or a simple nice place to read and enjoy a drink. The bloody Mary's are particularly good!

A small intimate bar that serves double time as a drinking hole and a waiting room for the nearby Pink Adobe restaurant. We dropped in to have a small meal before heading back to our hotel room. Your table will be served with a bowl of popcorn as you sit down. The kitchen is shared with the fancy Pink Adobe... More

Stopped in Christmas Eve for a holiday cocktail. The bar was packed. Ordered an overpriced cocktail and wine. While taking in the 'ambience ' we wondered when the last time the place was cleaned. This is a Santa Fe institution that could use freshening! Hope the Management takes heed as it was a fun spot.

This place is ideal if you are looking for an off the beaten path bar to have a drink, some exquisite bar food, and relax with friends. The inside is decorated in a very Santa Fe style with eclectic art and varied colors. The food is gourmet bar food at reasonable prices, and despite what seems to be like a... More

Dropped in for trivia and were treated to good nachos and spicy tacos. Service was good. Loved the old bar feel. Wine and beer were cold.

Friendly, eclectic classic. Fab drinks the old fashioned way. A few blocks south of the plaza but worth the walk. And the generous pours will require a few more steps to work off on the way back to your hotel.

I have always loved the pink adobe restaurant however have not been to the Pink or its Dragon room bar since the founder Rosalea Murphy’s passing in 2000. Located close to the Oldest House and Mission in the US and a brief trek from the Plaza, the Pink Adobe and its bar - the Dragon Room are tucked away in... More
