Yarn and coffee is a hidden gem in Santa Fe. Nestled into a corner near the intersection of Cerrillos behind the Pantry Restaurant (but really on Fifth street), Yarn and Coffee offers not only a huge selection of high quality yarns and supplies, but also a modest yet lovely selection of hot and cold beverages...All sold with a smile by Deborah the owner. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. There are groups of knitters and/or crocheters who meet each week accompanied by light and cheerful conversations. This is a terrific place to meet like-minded stitchers any time of the week.

I agree with what has been posted before here. Great shop for knitters, but my last trip there was April 15th. They are closed 13th - 19th of April. I thought I'd let people know that this fun shop is far back in the parking lot and a first timer might think it was out of business before finding it.

Like a lot of knitters I look for yarn shop to wherever I travel to. This was one of my first stop in Santa Fe. What a great shop! Great selection of yarns of all range. Some local which is always a plus! Friendly staff and great group of knitters on Monday afternoon. I enjoyed my time with the ladies!

I knit quite a bit and always look for yarn shops when I travel. This shop has a nice selection and I liked the way the store was organized. I didn't buy a NM spun or dyed yarn but did purchase a gorgeous "Happy Fuzzy Yarn" and yes, it made me happy.
