I have been going to Yoga Source for about a year every time I am in Santa Fe.They have two location, both are convenient with easy parking. The one on Guadalupe is within walking distance of the Plaza. I love the instructors and the wide variety of offerings. As some one over 70, it is important to me to have instructors who understand every ability level. These teachers are the BEST! A shout out for Maggie and her Kundalini classes.

Had a chance to visit on an overnight stop in Santa Fe. There are two locations and had great classes at both. The Early street location has a great juice bar next door. I went to a couple of classes and both instructors were well-trained, intuitive and did actual yoga; rather than a series of asana. Seriously, where I live, the yoga studios have turned into classes that are almost more like calisthenics; several classes even have an LA spin class vibe with constant rapid commentary. The classes I had here were deep, thoughtful and true to the spirit of yoga. So nice.

I’m embarrassed to say that it’s taken me four and a half years of living in Santa Fe to finally practice at Yogasource. I am HAPPY to say that I understand why this studio is 1st place year after year in the Santa Fe Reporter’s reader’s choice awards.
So far I’ve only visited the San Mateo studio which is warm and inviting, with beautiful floors and all the props you could ever want at your disposal. I have a serious injury and need a hip replacement which has really changed my practice this past year. I no longer feel like I fit in at my previous studio and I am happy to have found refuge at Yogasource in the restorative class offerings, which are TRULY restorative.
I particularly like my teacher, Emily. I found her to be incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my limitations which has made for a comfortable and positive experience and provided me the opportunity and space for some much needed self-care.
I’m sure that the more challenging vinyasa classes are great too, as I always see happy smiling faces exiting the class before mine.

I am also happy that the classes are an hour and fifteen minutes. Anything less feels really rushed to me!

There is an awesome introductory deal: 5 classes for $25 - which must be used within a months time.

See you in class! Namaste💕

I had an afternoon free and opted to drop in for a 75-minute yoga class rather than go for a massage. I left class feeling incredibly relaxed and the tension in my body had completely disappeared.
The San Mateo studio I attended was just gorgeous and serene.

We loved the variety of classes, the staff, the venue (inside & out - amazing rock garden! We even managed to take in an intense 3 + hour levitation workshop, complete with Iyengar wall/ropes & belts yoga. I can tell you at least the time flew by & we all felt lighter by the end. We highly recommend this studio & look forward to our next visit to Sant Fe now that we know we can continue our daily practice there

I have attended a few classes here and all the teachers have been excellent, well trained and attentive to specific needs. My most recent class was Gentle yoga with Shawn, which I found so healing and a perfect balance between breathwork and asana. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

After a ski injury, I switched over to the Gentle Class. Shawn P. is superb!!
After each session I leave feeling refreshed, with less pain, & able to walk a little better.
The quiet, meditative ambience created by the instructors allow the practitioner to go within to focus on healing.

If you are looking to spoil yourself, visit YogaSource. I visited both locations and each studio is unique, but both share a common theme - healing. If you're a lady looking to connect with other women, in a safe setting, check out Kristina Serna's women's fusion class. She is able to fuse the healing of yoga in a practice that allows you to also hold space with other women. Her all levels Vinyasa classes offer a pocket of time for you to dedicate to you...whatever you need, be it movement, stillness, acceptance, and/or challenge. Treat yourself. Enjoy.

I wanted a low-key yoga class and this served the purpose. I took a level one so it was very instructional and I got lots of good long stretches. They have yoga mats available so that was perfect for the out of town guest. I went to the Early Street location and had lunch in the Rasa Juice Bar next door. It was excellent.
