Ask for Kevin!!!!! He provided the best massage I have ever had. He found muscles I didn't know I had. The only negative is that I thought the prices were extremely high. Plus, they automatically add 20% for gratuity, but when you check out you can change this. Then add tax on top of the cost of what service you pick. I didn't realize one would be taxed on labor services. So for just under $400.00 I had a 20 minute mineral soak and a 80 minute massage. Make reservations ahead of time.

We had a great time at this hotel and spa. The staff was excellent!! From Rihannon at the front desk to Marcel C. and Zaira in the hotel restaurant. They remembered us each morning as well as our preferences with our morning coffee. They were both always friendly, greeted us with kindness, and helped with suggestions to explore the area. The spa staff was also wonderful. They were very helpful in correcting our services that were scheduled via the reservation staff and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, the food was great, and the service was excellent. Can't imagine anything else you would need in a hotel. We will definitely be staying there during our future trips to Santa Fe.

My husband and I booked the Spirit of Heritage massage. The massage rooms are very nice with doors that open to the terrace/yard. My husbands therapist was excellent and did exactly what was on the spa menu. In fact, there was a wedding going on in the courtyard during his massage. My massage therapist did a great job with my massage and worked many areas of my back and hamstrings. I would recommend you trying a massage here.

In all honesty, the spa was my second choice, but the spa where we were staying was closed. I’m so glad I found the Spa at Loretto. From the minute I stepped into the spa, everyone was invested in making my visit relaxing. Mandy, my massage therapist, was so nice and concerned about my comfort. Next time we’re in Santa Fe, I’ll be back

Maureen Gomez, the Aesthetician, is excellent. Get the Loretto Spa manicure and pedicure. It is the best. She is a perfectionist in her work and does a superb job. She is also very conscientious about making your visit comfortable and that you relax and enjoy the entire experience. Ask for Maureen when you schedule your visit. This is a special treat.

Spending a week at the Inn and will review that later. The Spa at Loretto - wow! After spending a stressful week caring for a family member, I needed a quick massage. Little did I know I was in for the most incredible one ever. Halimah was careful of some post surgery areas with just the right touch. The Elemental Massage was perfect. I scheduled the Desert Glow Facial immediately afterward. Michelle was wonderful. I cannot express how wonderful this experience was for me. Oh, did I mention this was an anniversary gift from my husband. What a gift. I may come back to Santa Fe just for this experience again. If you find yourself here, do yourself a favor get a massage.

I had been traveling for a while and my back was really hurting me. I booked a 50 minute standard massage session with Virginia. She took the time to get to know my main points of needed concentration and centered her energy properly. I spent the rest of the week back hurting free!

So my stepmom as a birthday treat made an appointment for a massage for me. I was getting the elemental massage with an add on of desert sage scrub. My masseuse name was Lara. After going into the room she asked if there was anything that was hurting me or any area she wanted me to focus on. I told her I had a few health issues and a medical port in my abdomen. She understood. I had also added on the aromatherapy. I had the high altitude oil and it smelled amazing. She got started on the massage and it was super good. Like really good. It was very peaceful because the setting, music, the smells. She asked if I was comfortable and made sure everything was to my liking. After the massage she started the desert sage body scrub. And holy smokes that's the best! It smelled so good! After that she turned on the shower and I rinsed off. My skin was so smooth and soft. Lara met me afterwards and handed me a glass of lemon water. When I got to the desk I bought a bottle of high altitude oil and a bottle of the desert sage body scrub. Definitely go to this spa, you will have a great a experience and get Lara she has really soft hands and she's very sweet!

We used the spa, but we were not staying at the hotel. Location was easy to find and within walking distance of most other hotels. Initial impression was nice, but I found it odd that there was no locker room or relaxation area to settle into once we arrived. Staff was friendly and we waited in the nail room in some zero gravity chairs until our massage therapists arrived. We did the couples massage and overall it was a positive experience. Both therapists were nice and we have no complaints about the actual massage. Once complete - we were told to change and come back out for our waters. Again, no showers or locker room to wash all the oils off. We changed and then went out to pay our bill and sit and finish our waters while the next couple went into the same room we just left. It was a quick turn of customers which explains the rush. Overall it was not a bad experience, but the spa experience fell a bit short of most large comparable hotels.
