Nick loves his job and it shows. He is well versed in Santa Fe history and food, making him a five star guide. Having never been to Santa Fe, we loved being introduced to what the locals eat. Every dish we had was excellent and something we had never had before. Cant wait to try to make green chile stew at home. Make this tour with Nick the first thing you do when arriving to Santa Fe. Great fun and educational!

The New Mexico Flavors Tour w/Nick was a wonderful introduction to the city of Santa Fe. Nick has lived here his whole life and is very knowledgeable of the history of New Mexico as well as being a food critic for several magazines. We loved all the restaurants we hit, with a shout out to Rick at The Thunderbird - amazing New Mexican stew! The pizza at Upper Crust was also unique and delicious and the tacos at La Fogata were also a hit. We’ll be back!

This was a tremendous tour with Nick at the helm. We expected the food and drink to be enjoyable (and it was) but the unexpected bonus was the chance to spend time with Nick and learn about Santa Fe from his native upbringing perspective. We’ll be back to Santa Fe soon and will again join Nick and/or him team for the VIP dinner experience. Really well done Nick! Thanks. Brian & Karen (Golden, CO)
