Her love for Santa Fe and knowledge of its rich history was wonderful to experience. It was a pleasure spending time with her as we walked around some of the best of the best places in downtown Santa Fe. I was fascinated on more than one occasion on the history I learned during the tour. I highly recommend Traveller and Agent to anyone coming to Santa Fe!

My husband and I had the pleasure of taking the "Best of Santa Fe" tour this last Monday with tour owner Iwona . From our initial inquiry and questions we had prior to the tour- we had an idea we would be in good hands, as IIwona answered all promptly and provided us details of the logistics of the tour. We met at the Boxcar Restaurant in the Railroad District, enjoyed a light lunch while getting acquainted and listened to a brief history of Santa Fe. Iwona's in depth knowledge was not only impressive but provided a great orientation of what we were to see later in the afternoon. We learned about the Indian settlements, Spanish invasion and influence and visited spots in town representative of that time in history. We also learned about the the Train expansion into Santa Fe and the Harvey Girls and visited La Fonda hotel the orignal hotel managed by Fred Harvey. We toured 109 E Palace Ave. and learned the significant role Santa Fe played in the Manhattan Project. It was a fascinating day to learn and see all we did in the capable and enthusiastic hands of Iwona.

It was my first visit to Santa Fe. The early fall provided truly fantastic canvas for my South-West trip. I wanted to see a lot of most important places but also get a taste of local flavor usually available only to locals (!). I did a quick research and had chosen this company based on the flexibility of their program and affordability. Also, their profile had something more authentic than the other ones. The ease of communication was the first thing I really liked; quick, very friendly and to the point without trying to sell any unnecessary "xtras". I asked to tailor the tour to my needs and got exactly what I wanted! My guide, Iwona took care of all the arrangements, reservations and bookings so I could enjoy walking around purposefully and had a lot of to write about at the end of a day. Fantastic knowledge of local restaurants ( I work in the industry so visiting the right spots does matter); gems like La Boca with their unbelievable happy hour, Tune Up - laid back with such a great style could be easily overlooked if it wasn't for the pointers from the guide and her fitting them into my itinerary. The guided walks around the town were fascinating. The Canyon Road with all its galleries was so much fun and I learnt a lot about Santa Fe art community. I also went to Ojo Caliente on a strong suggestion from the guide. I am so happy I did it. Everything she said was true and resonated with me to a T! To sum up; I took a risk to invest a bit in a relatively unknown company but it paid off wonderfully. I will recommend them to everyone who plans to visit Santa Fe and if visiting again - will use their services for the second time.

Traveller and Agent was just starting their tour service and they offered a complementary tour to visitors at the Visitor Center and guests of Drury Plaza Hotel (I tipped well as the tour was absolutely worth it). It was amazing, surprising and so informative. I have lived in Santa Fe on and off for 25 years and found myself amazed at some of the unusual stories. They were filled with fascinating information, anecdotes and historical facts. We took a tour entitled "City of Secrets" lead by an extremely bright tour guide named Ivana. When my friends visiting later this year I will most definetly suggest their other tours For a personal tour it's the right price.
