This museum is very cute they have a small door for kids to go thru and they thought that was awesome. They have a lot of plants growing outside and huge sand pit which the kids played in most of the time. Inside they have a cute stage and puppet show area. The usual bubble area and huge blocks to... The re-opened museum is full of fun. From bubbles to rolling balls, all of it is interactive. You could easily spend one or two hours totally engaged in activities that delight old and young alike.

There is nothing much for adults but a great experience for kids. This was the highlight of the 5 year old's visit to Santa Fe. I would take them back if for no other... More

The space is small, but it's packed with different activities. We thought our four-year-old daughter would lose interest quickly, but she actually was happy for over an hour. The price is reasonable, so it's a great thing to add into an itinerary when traveling with children.

I was very pleased with our experience at the children's museum. The staff was wonderful and obviously knows how to interact with children in positive ways. We could have spent the better part of the day here! My daughter (5) was interested in the employees who were re-doing the Adobe wall outside, and they took the time to explain the... More

2.5yo had such a great time! He immediately went to the train table but soon ventured to the bubbles and "river" to play with the water. We were impressed by how engaged he was and how much time he spent on the activities. Just an FYI there is no changing table in the men's restroom but they do have one... More

Yesterday I took my 5 and 7 year old granddaughters along with my husband and my daughter to the Santa Fe Children's Museum. What an absolute rip-off. They charge adults $7.50 each to enter and $5.00 for each child. I was expecting a really nice museum similar to the Doseum in San Antonio, Texas or the Exploratorium in San Francisco.... More

Rocked up right on opening time with 2 very excited kids. Nothing to indicate that this museum is actually closed for renovations!!! After extensive googling finally came across a posting on their facebook page to demonstrate this - however no indication of when it would reopen. Several other people turned up to the car park whilst we were figuring this... More

We were in Santa Fe over Thanksgiving weekend with our 2-year old. While Santa Fe is a great city, there's not a ton of stuff for toddlers to do. A friend recommended the Children's Museum and we're glad they did. It was really great. It's just a few minutes from downtown so easy to get to. It's on the small... More
