The waters surrounding San Juan Island are full of salmon, the primary food source of orca whales, making it an ideal location for whale watching. With this tour, set out on a boat equipped with a heated cabin and large viewing windows to look for killer whales in their natural habitat. San Juan Island is rich in wildlife, and minke, humpback, and gray whales can also often be seen in the area.

The gallery is lovely, with very interesting and unique art. Definitely worth a visit! The original art is quite pricey, but the prints and other items are very reasonably priced and high quality.

They put on special shows by artists mainly from the Pacific North West. Very nice place to spend some time. The staff are very well informed and willing to share their knowledge. Thanks. Been here before and will return

The Arctic Raven Gallery is one of a kind on San Juan Island. Our friends always love visiting - and typically bring home gifts. There is an assortment of items, ranging from very reasonable to - well, reasonable for the quality of the item (meaning, very expensive). But they are unique; and some are show-stoppers. Recently, the owner has ventured 'back east' to the Iroquois tribe (new talent) and some of their art is just beautiful.

This is not your usual tourist town trinket shop. The art work in this store is quality all the way. Yes, you'll pay for it, but you'll get what you pay for.

I loved visiting this gallery which had beautiful native artifacts. It’s easy to find in First Street. Look up for the Arctic Rabin Gallery signage on the left side of the street off Spring Street. I found a beautiful carved owl of walrus tusk for a friend and there were numerous items I’d love to purchase in the future. It’s like a little museum with helpful staff.
