Theater was ideal for TedX event. Good acoustics and sound system. Every seat a good seat. Intimate as it is small. Would give 5 stars if...restrooms weren’t down some very steep stairs. Also the risers/levels need to be marked in red or yellow. Easy to...More

We saw a show while in town here. It was recently refurbished, I was told. It’s a quaint and intimate setting for a show or concert. It’s just a block off of Riverwalk, so it’s way to have a nice dinner and then a short...More

We enjoyed an evening with Kat Edmunson and her talented band. What a fun venue! comfortable table seating and great staff made for a fun time. We will keep an eye out for future events here!

The Empire Theatre was built in 1913 and it is in the National Register of Historic Places. It is a small venue (about 856 seats) so therefore not a bad seat. It shares the dressing rooms, backstage, and basement with the Majestic Theatre.

Watched a concert at the Empire. Great view from the mezzanine seats. Lovely theater. A bit lacking in the number of bathrooms.

Attended for first time, and enjoyed the performance very much, but the seating is horrible, narrow, tight, and almost unbearable.

A lovely restored theater in downtown San Antonio. I recently attended a performance and sat in row G of the mezzanine level. We had a great view of the stage. My only issue is the rows are close together so the leg room for someone...More

Just very beautiful in there and the performers are real close. In the back rows you still can see the performers. Not real close but you still can see great
