This company is a joke. They took my money, and I was never given the services I paid for. I was unable to get on the one bus they had running the two days I had my tour package because the driver refused to follow the tour schedule. I was given a phone number to call the office if I... More

The trolley makes the rounds of most of the major places to visit: Alamo Plaza, Hemisphere Park, La Villita, Mission San Jose, Mission Concepcion, The historic district, Mexican Market and Civic square. During our visit, it was running on a 1 hr. loop schedule, and we didn't find that to be a problem, but during busier seasons the extra frequency... More

Our family took the Grand Tour. The Grand Tour is a full day and there's a mission tour which is half a day. The Grand Tour encompassed two missions Saint Fernando Cathedral the market shopping and restaurant District , the Japanese tea garden, Riverwalk boat tour. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable and we all had a spectacular time

We generally use a HOHO tour in the cities we visit. Alamo fit our budget and schedule. Since we were unsure about the weather we chose a vehicle that was enclosed vs open. The trolley was fully air conditioned and the driver's comments easy to hear. There was only one bus on the route, so you had to finish within... More

We checked out several options before deciding on this tour company - after we bought the tickets we were told they only had one trolley working and that there would be a hour between stops. We waited almost 45 minutes for the trolley. We needed the second day because we couldn't see everything we wanted to see in one day.... More

Your pass is good all day & included a 2nd day pass. The "loop" of all stops takes about an hour if you stay on the trolley. Then we "hopped off" on the next loop The Market (El Mercado) for an hour. Tomorrow we will at least go to Mission San Jose, possibly more. There are 7 total stops (hop... More

We bought the package that offered second day. First day was great but we couldn't see everything. Second day ee waited an hour for a trolley that never showed even though their driver the day before said they operated that day. Their brochure had inactive contact numbers do we couldn't call. We ended up driving to the remaining sites. Recommend... More

This was an excellent tour with lots of history! There was so much to do and our guide Perry was excellent! I loved his enthusiasm for the tour and how well he treated everyone. He made the tour friendly and very entertaining. I would highly recommend the tour and especially if you can get Perry!

The same company that operates the trolley tours also does a grand Sightseeing Tour that is a MUST SKIP! It was 8 hours of things and places you could easily go to yourself and get a similar experience from. The Guide was also the driver of the bus and he made a point of explaining his wife was very sick,... More
