LBJ's ranch was beautiful and huge. Cows are allowed to roam freely on the property and one decided to block the road so we couldn't pass, but it was only for 5 minutes or so. Fredericksburg was fun, a lot of quaint and quirky shopping boutiques. Shout out to the Wild Hare Bistro. Their complimentary signature desert was amazing (scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, rum and cinnamon topping, I think). Luckenbach was a cool spot to hang out and listen to live music. Great time. If you don't do well site seeing during the travel times, then bring your phone or tablet to occupy your time (or a book). However, electrical plugs to keep your electronic devices charged are only found in the front seat, so you may want to think about bringing a charger as well. The tour guide was great and accommodating to bathroom breaks on the road and was knowledgeable about the areas.

This was such a great tour. Perry was very informed about the sights. He filled us in on several things to see in San Antonio while driving to the missions. These missions are in much better shape than the Alamo. It helped us to understand the history much better. My only regret was taking this tour on our last day, instead of our first. Very much recommend !!!!

This was a very good tour that offers a different view of San Antonio than just the riverwalk area. The bus arrived at the hotel 5 minutes early. The driver/guide, Anthony, was courteous and professional. The bus is clean and in excellent condition. Anthony gave an excellent tour, was readily available for questions and did not rush the tour. We stopped at the River, the Pearl district and 2 missions. We did not take it, but I think combined with the morning tour, is an excellent well-rounded tour to learn about San Anontio.
