Clean and very nice - easy to navigate. Bought tickets online and didn't have to do anything but show up in my seat ready for the film. The line at concessions was long, but they opened another just as I approached. Great place to watch a film!

The Palladium-Mezz seating experience is worth the money. You get privacy, free popcorn and no distractions except the servers bringing your snacks and drinks. Best movie experience!

Although this is in a very busy shopping complex, there is plenty of parking. I've never waited in line but do go during the matinee times. Great environment of food, drink and entertainment. Theatre and bathrooms are clean and staff is visible throughout. First run movies to enjoy and good sound quality as well as screens. There are other theatre choices in the general area but this is the BEST close to IH10 and Loop 1604.

Love the bar in the movie! They have gelato and fire brick pizza and the drink station is great because you don't have to wait in line for the attendee.

I've lived on four continents and traveled on five, so hopefully that qualifies my title statement.
Top of the line everything:
1. IMAX
2. D-Box (shaky seats or "4D," not my favorite, but guess what, it's new so they have it!).
3. AVX (floor to floor, wall to wall screens)
4. Top end Dolby Sound
5. VIP theater which is 18+ only and has waiters/tables.
This theater also has:
1. A Greek restaurant
2. A gelato bar/coffee bar
3. A Greek themed bar
4. Coke Freestyle machines (100+ choices)
It's all new, clean, and attractive. Love the layout and set up too. Bathrooms are always clean as well.

Very nice and it is Imax but I didnt like that the VIP section doesnt have where to write the orders. The wait staff comes and talks to you and it is SUPER distracting. This was a very talky talky movie and I missed some key points bc it was loud so my husband and the girl had to speak louder and it was very annoying. Santikos, invest on pencils and paper to write the orders, this talking on top of the movie doesnt work for me.

My wife and I went to watch Beauty and the Beast and had the worst experience at this theatre. The family behind us brought 4 screaming kids with one of them being a baby. After about an hour of disruption my wife politely asked them to please be quiet. The parents literally went off on us and the guy stood up and tried to fight me.
We got up and took it to management and explained the situation to the general manager. After explaining the situation he said he was going to remove them from the theatre. I waited to ensure that he was going to take action and he literally went back to work and acted like nothing happened. I waited another 10 minutes and watched as he was joking around with his staff.
My wife and I have been coming to this theatre monthly for the past 6 years and will never step foot in here again. I also send a lot of employees and customers to this theatre and will never spend another dollar at a Santikos establishment again.

On July 5, 2016 went to the Santikos Palladium theater in San Antonio to see The Legend of Tarzan. We absolutely enjoyed the movie in a clean theater.
Expensive food, but enjoyed the theater, Starbucks, and the great yogurt bar.

The Palladium is a massive and upscale theater in The Rim shopping center. It has a number of theaters including 3D, IMAX, etc.
The theaters themselves have comfortable seating, beverage-holding arm rests, and plenty of leg room. They are thoroughly cleaned after each movie.
You have your choice of traditional concessions, a gelato bar, and the Taverna the Corfu express cafe. The concessions have self-serve beverages and popcorn buttering. Upstairs, and separate from the kiddos, is a full bar.
Catching a movie with lunch is a fun option and I’ve done this a number of times at this location. I’ve tried the mushroom burger and the gyros, and enjoyed both.
In the past, they only offered the gyros after 3:00 pm, but they now offer them at lunch—a recent change I much appreciate! They have also tweaked and updated their overall menu.
Both the gyros and burger are better than you would expect for a theater café. The gyro is especially good with juicier meat than what often appears in these Greek pitas. The gyro comes Americanized with a pile of good fries—classic Greek serving would call for hummus or salad on the side. That said, the family who owns this chain is Greek (as if you missed that from the name and the Greek pillars) so you know that the gyro has to be good or the whole Greek community will be in an uproar.
The lunch crowd tends to be small but steady, and in my experience the food can sometimes take awhile, especially the burgers. If you want to include lunch in your movie experience, be sure to come early and allow plenty of time. On my last visit, the gyro came up fast, but I’ve had to wait as long as 20 minutes for a burger and barely made it in for the movie start.
Note that this café is separate from the concessions and the gelato stand. You can take food from any location into the theater.

A beautiful facility with many options for your night out at the movies. Gelato, a full bar, an upstairs patio, etc. The place is super clean and the employees are all very helpful. Of course, all the concessions are way over-priced just like at every other theater. But the quality of concessions is good. The chairs are big and comfortable with plenty of room in the aisles. A fun place to go with the family or a date. The only negatives we experienced were as follows. There aren't enough parking spaces. Make sure you go with plenty of time before your movie starts because you'll be driving around the parking lot for quite a while. They just opened a new parking garage near by but it's not exactly next to the theater so be ready to walk a bit if you park there. Secondly, when I entered the lobby I noticed children and women with blankets. I thought, "what a great idea, it's always cold in these theaters." Then when I sat down the lady next to me had a blanket. Ok, to each his/her own. About thirty minutes into the movie I realized the blankets aren't for keeping warm. They're for making a tent and checking their phone during the movie. Are you kidding me?! None of these women with blankets looked very important so I don't think they were checking if their next patient in the O.R. was ready for brain surgery. What a bunch of selfish, inconsiderate women. And our seats were reserved so we couldn't get up and move. Very disappointing. I think we'll stick to regular theaters where we can move if we get the inconsiderate people next to us. It's too bad. It's a nice theater. Sorry Santikos but your clientele brought you down to an AVERAGE rating.
