Clean and very nice - easy to navigate. Bought tickets online and didn't have to do anything but show up in my seat ready for the film. The line at concessions was long, but they opened another just as I approached. Great place to watch a film!

Saw the opening of Downton Abbey this week and as always at Santikos Palladium our visit was a pleasure. I had purchased and selected our seats online. We walked in and the ticket greeter viewed our iPhone ticket and off we went. The Palladium is a beautiful, clean, modern theatre and the workers are friendly. We went to concessions for a popcorn and drink combo. The server inquired if I had signed up for frequent offers. He took my phone number and said we had $5 credit to apply to our purchase! Nice! We got the large tub and asked for an empty boat container so we could share. Drinks are refillable self serve, so I got the giant coke and the wife got the giant coke icee. The theatre was full but hardly noticed as it was so spacious with large recliner chairs and plenty of aisle space. The sound was great, the temperature just right, the movie was excellent and we had a great time. On our way out, we got drink refills and refilled our popcorn tub for a snack later at home. What a pleasurable afternoon!! Forgot to mention that the Santikos theatres are a nonprofit that gives all proceeds back to the San Antonio area community. Pretty impressive!

The Palladium-Mezz seating experience is worth the money. You get privacy, free popcorn and no distractions except the servers bringing your snacks and drinks. Best movie experience!

We love coming here. Food is great, LOVE the reclining seats, LOVE LOVE the VIP area with the couple seats. The kids enjoy the game area. IMAX is the best way to see big blockbuster movies.
