we went on the narrated cruise. the outside seated of the boat are padded. most attractions are on the right so sit on the left unless you are an owl.

No, strollers are not allowed on the boat, but there is a place to leave strollers near the ticketing window.

Yes they are and there are several places where elevators are located to get to the river level.

No, I have seen the line on both weekend and weekdays and have never seen it take very long to the ticket booth.

Tea gardens are near the zoo, Alamo is near the river walk, sea world is decorated nicely for Christmas, we were there last weekend.
