It's always a joy to come to a performance in this beautiful theater. Old world charm at it's best. Hoping to be able to afford to sit in the box seats one day. Parking tip- don't use the Houston St. parking deck, it's a bear to get out when the performance is over. Go over a street and use the... More

The Majestic is San Antonio's host for the Broadway Across America tours and I've been many, many times over the years. Great staff, beautiful venue - look up to the ceilings!

After reading about this Theatre, I looked for events that might be there during our Christmas visit. The Moscow ballet was performing The Nutcracker and while I have seen that particular ballet frequently, I wanted to see the interior of the theatre. And it was incredible. I have never seen anything quite so amazing. San Antonians have every relight to... More

I've been going to the Majestic since I was about 13, and I've loved seeing so many shows come through our city. The Majestic itself is beautiful and historic - yes, it's a little old, but the roof of the theatre and all the detail in the decor is just breath-taking. Great acoustics, too! I've sat in orchestra, mezzanine, and... More

The Majestic is still a beautiful theater. I remember it's beauty when I was a teenager. I saw the Jersey Boys recently @ the Majestic & was still awed by it's "majestic" appearance.

Whether it is a concert or a Broadway Play, the ambiance will be worth the trip. The balcony has the nose bleed seats but the view of the theater is best from above the Orchestra. This theater was built in 1929 and is in downtown San Antonio.

The Majestic Theatre was the place to go when I was in elementary school in the '60's to watch a movie. It now is a venue where many live performers come to entertain the masses. I personally have seen Smokie Robinson, Tony Bennett, Frankie Valli and the Jersey Boys just to name a few, along with many musicals. The acoustics... More

I purchased a single, last minute, "Jersey Boys" ticket and chose to save $ and book in upper balcony, avoiding those railing view impaired seats, however. The theatre's ornate decor is stunning and the audibility was good. In a musical, like "Jersey Boys", hearing took precedence over seeing the actors' facial expressions. It was a packed house, or I would... More

We have attended many shows here. We always find something we have missed before. It is also convienient to many nice restaurants, so it makes for a great night out.

This was my second time at the Majestic and I must say it was much better than the first. We went to see Mr.Tony Bennet and it was wonderful. The first time I was here I was with a friend in a wheelchair and we were on the floor at the very back. This time we bought tickets in the... More
