This convention center is one of the least "user-friendly" locations I have been too. There is no easy access from one side of the convention center to the other on the second and third floors, making it necessary to find your way around. We spent a great deal of time backtracking and go down to the main floor to get... More

This is a quaint place to rest, buy a souvenir or sit in front on the benches and watch the many waterfalls and palm trees after walking on the River Walk and the Alamo for hours. Pick up coupons or ask directions to sights, the employees can tell you almost everything you need to know.

We had our annual conference meeting here. Huge facility! Beautiful building, super friendly staff. River boat tour goes right into this property. Very nice.

We went to the Ben E. Keith food show and were blown away firstly, by the shear magnitude of the convention center. It's situated downtown and is very large. Upon entering the room where the expo was housed we couldn't believe how large it was. We found it to be well maintained and adequately sized for our event. Thank you.

The ladies were very helpful with my questions about public transportation and maps. Very nice clean place and a stop for any visitor while downtown

Great place for a large convention. Conveniently located, easy to access. Good places to eat and drink. Organized, well planned.

Loved using this convention center. They are putting little concession areas everywhere inside these days and it is terrific. I still have a hard time spending $3.00 on a can of soda that is $1.00 in the vending machines.

Can't say enough good about the ladies and gentlemen working in this vital arena. The CVB was helpful before I arrived in San Antonio and continued to provide us great benefit while we were there with ANY question we wanted to ask. Highly Praised!

This is a massive complex and could handle any convention. It is walkable to riverwalk and Tower of the Americas
