I have played this course several times and it just keeps getting better and better. The first tee is about 80 feet above the fairway and you just say WOW....Good course for everyone with some fairly easy holes as well as a few tough ones...More
A well maintained course with picturesque views, a challenging layout, and a great staff will make an unforgettable round of golf. The best part being this is a municipal course and you won't have to spend an arm and a leg to play. This course...More
My son plays for a local high school who regularly practices on this course. We live close the course so it is convenient to hit the driving range after work or on the weekend. It is moderately priced for a round of gold, although not...More
Cedar Creek is the crown jewel of the Alamo group of San Antonio courses. Long fairways, well placed water and sandpits, fine greens, and a beautiful play though the canyons and cliffs make this course most challenging and rewarding. Refreshments are available in the hilltop...More
Not a bad course, but not what I had hoped for. Some difficult holes but I was only 1 stroke above my average score...10 handicapper. Brackenridge greens are in much better shape. But don't get me wrong, it was fun to play and I would...More

Keep the driver in the bag. Lots of short par 4's. Lots of scenery Just not many flags from the tee. Fred was the best host I cant wait to get back. I hope you can have a friendly south texas local help you around...More
This course is all about layout and condition. Really it's about the golf and at a fair price. It is city run so the skimp on the amenities: no bar/grille in the clubhouse, a pathetic driving range and it can get crowded. Quite a few...More
Cedar creek is part of the Alamo City Golf Trail. The condition was okay for a municipal course. Most greens are elevated and very contoured providing a challenging putting experience. Rather hilly, I wouldn't want to walk it.
