To all the adults with attitudes of "this museum is boring" or "children were running wild" or "things were broken" or "pamper me, I'm an unpleasant and useless adult"...buzz off. Give your kids a voice and let them speak for themselves. Children often love the DoSeum; it tends to be the adults with very poor attitudes that set a bad... More

My boys, ages 5, 7 and 9 love the DoSeum. They have all taken school field trips to the museum and have a blast every time they go. There are lots of hands on and interactive activities to keep them engaged and interested. From making parachutes to test in the air tunnels to hidden passages in the detective area and... More

We are members at the Perot Museum in Dallas. There is a reciprocal agreement with the DoSeum, so we decided to give it a try. Some of the children's museums we have been to were too much like glorified playgrounds for preschoolers - boring after about 30 minutes and filled with screeching little kids. This one was completely different! We... More

First time here and was totally impressed with all the things to see and do. It is mainly for kids 4 and up. Be aware the cost is $9 per person ages 1 and older, should start at 4 in my opinion. We were there for about 4 hours and enjoyed the entire doseum. I would highly recommend this for... More

This gorgeous children's museum is top notch. Indoor and awesome outdoor space. The outdoor exhibits include a little river children can wade in, a bamboo trail, and a pond with too many turtles to count! The inside has two floors of interactive exhibits to engage children of all ages. So many children's museums are lame, NOT this one! It's also... More

The price is the only reason I gave the Do Seum a rating of "Very Good" instead of Excellent. My grandson had a blast and kept going non-stop while we were at the Do Seum. They offered a good variety of activities and it is a good rainy day or hot summer day place to go. Parking was another problem.... More

We went here on Friday with family who live in San Antonio to entertain our kids. There were 2 schools there with young kids on field trips. They ran everywhere and were quite noisy. Many of the exhibits were missing parts or had broken pieces, so you couldn't complete the experience. My girls are 9 and 12, and they were... More

Exceeded my expectations. If we lived here I'd most definitely invest in an annual membership. Learning made easy with fun.

It is a very hands on museum for children and a break for adults who bring their children there. It is well laid out and the amount of extremely interesting displays for children to play with are plentiful .you can easily spend hours there and there is plenty of seating for adults to sit and watch the children play.

The SA Children's museum just moved from downtown to upper broadway in what is becoming a museum row, as its right down the street from the newly renovated Witte and Pioneer Museums. Its also quadrupled in size. Not enough parking though.
