Hi Jess, Im sorry that it showed that night ... I had an extreme life event that night and did everything I could not to break down and cry between stops, I held it together as best as I could. It might have seemed rushed because it was so cold and I could feel people fading away wanting to just get it over, especially at the memorial ... maybe it was just me. Please remember we are all human and sometime we have to go one with the show, no matter what just happened. Please came back and let me make it up to you, I would be happy to have you as a guest with out charge ... I would also like to give you a refund for that night, I wasn't quite myself, Im sorry you didnt get the "Jeff" that night and would like to make it right.

I am very sorry to hear that...indeed, we've all been there. That totally makes sense and I completely understand. I'll remove my review. Like I said it was super interesting nonetheless and I'm glad I went regardless. No need for a refund, I still received the service for which I paid for.
