My friend and I enjoyed a fabulous afternoon in boiling heat yesterday because of our choice to take this cruise. The boat is docked in a marina with plenty of parking that even has a cool outdoor bar for refreshments after the tour. We did more than tour~ We shuttled out to the Island and spent 2 hours floating in the cool waters between the two islands before returning to Salem. Absolutely delightful time hosted by two captains not one who both knowledgeable and fun! This is a super good choice!

The harbor cruise was informative, relaxing, free parking and inexpensive. A great way to learn about the North Shore Coast from Captain John. A very good option on a hot day.

Last weekend my husband and I went on the Sea Shuttle with Captain John. It was a great way to explore the coast and learn about the area from a historical and current perspective. Capt John was a great tour guide. The tour is interesting and comfortable and the sights are beautiful. I highly recommend the Sea Shuttle.

I was with s tour group and we took this boat ride around Salem Sound. CAPT Mike did an excellent job of pointing out and explaining the sights around Salem and nearby Marblehead. In addition the staff on the Sea Shuttle also did a great job helping passengers and answering questions. Very educational cruise and well worth taking. The website is crew@sea-shuttle.com

We took the 2 pm narrated tour which included a brief stop at Misery Island to pick up earlier passengers. Capt. John was great. We’ve been to Salem many times, but it was great to have someone point out the homes and explain the history behind them. The Capt. was friendly and funny and he even let my son steer the boat. They have a marine tank on board which my 7 y.o. Found interesting and we even got to see some seals. The parking was plentiful and free (a rarity for Salem) and there are snacks and drinks available on board. We got more than we expected on this very reasonably priced trip. In a word, EXCELLENT!
