This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in the "tourism" realm. The segway experience itself was fun, easy and enjoyable. Sean was an AMAZING guide and was informative, fun, funny and so helpful when it came to navigating around on these awesome machines. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I went there today (4/26/16) and at their address is a new establishment and no segways. We called both numbers (an 866 and 855) and the same message came on which was not understandable and there was no room to leave a message. No one called back (and I'm sure they have caller ID). Plus when I... More

OMG!! Where to begin? We planned this tour on the fly, last minute. If you're unsure if you can ride a Segway... think again. My husband, my sister and myself had never been on a segway. After just a little training by Sean, we were on our way. Making sure we were comfortable and safe was his main goal. Sean... More

We'd done this tour in May 2011 and thought of it when we had guests from abroad 2 weeks ago and the weather was unseasonably warm. I called the number on the website on a lark, not really expecting to reach anyone but sure enough the phone was answered and within a few hours we had all the details worked... More

Riding the segways was easy and fun. We did the two hour tour and still didn't want to get off. The disappointing part is that our photos have never appeared on their website for us to view and enjoy. Very sad for us since we were not allowed to take any photos on our own.

As Segway newbies, training was in an indoor enclosed space so super safe. Kids and wife all got the hang in a few mins then we were off following Mother Duck (our guide Max) through Salem. Stopped at the sights and had a good intro from Max who also took pictures throughout the trip ( but never sent them on... More

Multiple problems with this - booked a reservation on line for a Monday at 10AM - arrived a little early and it was closed. Called and the answering service said there would be someone there at 10AM. At 10:15 called again and the person said that he could get there in about 1-1/2 hours....this did not fit with our other... More

If you want to ride a Segway, by all means book this tour. You will ride a Segway. You may not experience anything else described on their website so be ready to dispute your credit card charge for false advertising when you don't get what they advertise bolded and underlined on their website: "Adventure Captains narrate the tour via an...
