Love it every time!

I have visited Salem often. At least once a year we ride the trolley tour. I love hearing the history of Salem and most guides are funny as well.

This is great I can see the town and all the points of interest. Not that any of this as much time as you want and then hop back on the trolley and go to the next point of Interest. The guides on the trolley are interesting and entertaining.

Great insight into Salem. John a great host - very informative. Not too busy but that was great. Loved winter island. This is a great introduction to Salem - recommend taking the tour and then working out where you want to go after that.

Your experience on the trolley definitely depends on who your guide is. Our first time on the trolly we unfortunately got a young boy who preferred to talk about himself more than the history of Salem. We could not get off the trolley fast enough!!! Fortunately you can get on and off all day for free, so we decided to... More

We decided with limited time it would be the best way to see the main attractions & hear the history of the town. Love the hop on & off trolley. We were able to see a few things on our only day in town. Loved the town of Salem.

Bought tickets at The Trolley Store on Essex St. We were told we can get the trolley at stop one just outside by the side entrance. We waited 10-15 minutes for it to arrive and when it did there was not one seat available. The gentleman on the trolley said we would have a better chance getting on at the... More

Although I have visited Salem previously, I decided to take the Salem Trolley and expand my knowledge of this great city. Our guide was over the top knowledgeable and brought humor to his presentation. A must do for visitors.

Interesting night tour of Salem with James (the Tale Teller) and Karen (the BEST DRIVER!). Great way to see Salem by night if you're a little foot sore from your day, and the Trolley was heated (it was a chilly night).

After being on feet for hours, was nice to rest feet, sit & relax while driver/guide gave us narrated tour (1 hr). Flaps on windows were down as was chilly. Heard it's air-conditioned in warm weather. Guide was humorous.

We started with the trolley tour first. Very informative and the guide was great. A ton of good information. It helped us plan what we wanted to do for the rest of our trip
