Have to agree with an earlier poster regarding the older lady that works there. Rude is the appropriate word, and that's being kind. I played "Wizard" which was very sluggish and with no lighting on a part of the table. The "Captain Fantastic" was out of order. The lady did not know what a Gottlieb table was and answered simple questions like you were being a nuisance. Spent ten minutes there and IMHO it's a one and done. If you have a pinball arcade, you'd think that you love pinball and would want your tables to be in great working shape. No pride here. Disappointing.

D&D Pinball is a quaint place where you can play the games you grew up with as well as the latest ones. It's not expensive and the place is clean and well lit.

Took our kids there. On the way there, one of them asked, “what’s pinball?” Obviously we have failed them as parents so we were going to fix that tonight. In an age of kids thinking that gaming consists of tapping an iPad, they were mesmerized by the mechanical wizardry that is pinball. D&D Pinball is unlike anything I’ve seen in decades and it deserves to be visited by young and old alike. I sincerely hope that this place will be around for a very long time. It’s what kids need to see these days.

So, my 12 your old son is suddenly very into pinball and it's such a great change from video games that we were thrilled when we heard about D&D Pinball. I took my son there this afternoon for a special treat. Unfortunately, although the games are great, the owner/employees were not. My son was having trouble getting one of the machines to take his money and a woman who worked there came over to help him. At some point, a man who was fixing a machine nearby (purple hair--the proprietor?) starting yelling at my son and at the woman who was trying to help him. I heard this happening but didn't realize right away that any of it was directed at my son until my son, who is on the autism spectrum, told me "Mom, that man started yelling at me and I don't know why." Whatever the reason it was extremely inappropriate and basically ruined any semblance of fun for us. We left and won't be back. Great idea, bad atmosphere.
