About
Pinnacle Peak and Trail Dust Town are rich with their own history, and people come from all over the world to experience the old west at these centerpieces of Tucson. Don't miss a wild west stunt show by the Pistoleros Wild West Show! The shows are full of lots of high-falls, low-falls, gunfights, fistfights, explosions, and family friendly slapstick comedy! Take a ride on the CP Huntington Railroad! The miniature train is fun for all ages, and its path reveals some of Trail Dust Town's hidden gems. Enjoy the carousel and Ferris wheel at PollyAnna Park! This is a beautiful area perfect for an evening of rides, popcorn, and taking in the blissful Tucson weather. PollyAnna Park is also available for birthday parties! Home to many shops, Trail Dust Town is a perfect destination for gifts and souvenirs. Trail Dust Town is also home to the elegant Savoy Opera House- a beautiful venue with Victorian charm. The Savoy is ideal for weddings, bar mitzvahs, quinceaneras, and more.

Amazing little family destination in Tucson
This is an amazing spot to visit for a few hours. The Wild West show is ELITE and the train ride is one of the best family attractions in Arizona. The town/park could benefit from a few more family rides & longer operating hours for the shops & attractions, but that is about the only complaint one could have. This is an amazing spot to visit on a weekend evening with the family & absolutely deserves your patronage

    Overall a good experience
We had a good time overall at Trail Dust Town. I plan to return the next time I am in Tucson. Highlights: The Wild West Show was very well done. The chocolate shop is a must: The owners are European and make the best lattes and chocolates around! My kids loved the ferris wheel and the train ride. What could have been better: When we bought our tokens for gold panning, they didn't give us the sand bags. We didn't realize that these bags aren't given out at the gold panning attraction- you're supposed to get them where you buy the tokens. Not sure why we didn't get ours but it was very frustrating. We ate dinner at Pinnacle Peak. I had a steak which was undercooked (I asked for medium but it arrived medium rare). Next time I will just order the salmon, which another person in our group thoroughly enjoyed.

Just GO! You’ll be happy you did!
Owned by the actors and their families - The show is truly wonderful - we had so much fun. Professional stunt actors delight the crowd of all ages. The kids really love the audience interaction. And they patiently take lots of photos with you after the show. Thrilled to support their efforts to continue a Tucson tradition! The town is full of “Old West” shops - general store, candy, etc. fun studio where you can dress up and have your photos taken. The location was a huge plus for me. Easy to get to, park, and back to my students apartment within 20 minutes

    Cute town
This tiny pioneer western town is super cute. It’s only open at night starting at 5pm-9pm. With a steak house, a few shopping boutiques, small entertainment rides (train, carousel, Ferris wheel, etc) and stunt shows. The rides open on certain days/times and so does the stunt show (F,Sat, Sun 7&8pm). Great photo op with old western buildings like the jail cell, gold mine, post office, barber shop, etc. There’s also a studio that does old time photos. We came on a Thursday with no stunt show and stayed less than hour walking around, taking photos and visiting the gift shop and chocolate store. It has a few small parking lots surrounding the perimeter. Be careful as they were one way streets and there weren’t much lighting.

We come at least once a month and usually every other month we check out the stunt show. It is really good! They provide headphones for the kids. My three and five year old love it and my 18 month old sits through the entire show even with the explosions. Check the times because it's only Wednesday through Sunday and at 7:00 and 8:00. For $12 your kid can get an unlimited ride bracelet and then tickets to the stunt show are $5 a piece. Well worth it! They change the show frequently and it's very funny.

So much to do at this place they have a breakfast place and then a dinner place and they host fun events during the holidays and summer. There is a train
.. a carousel.. haunted house.

Kids that are under 42 inches need a grown-up to ride with them and the grown-up goes for free.

The area has rides for little kids and stores/shops for adults to wander about. But, this review is about the wild west stunt show. Expect a campy fun filled skit about outlaws and marshals and colorful characters. Plenty of gun blasts, well choreographed physical stunts and action with movable props. You are seated very close to the action and the actors are all excellent. Added to the amusement is a sound track and some ancillary sound effects that enhance the action. I have to admit that while I've eaten at the area restaurant many times in the past 30 years this was my first visit to the stunt show. It was worth it and exceeded my expectations.

Arrived on a sunday morning and apparently they now are only open in the evenings from 5-9 pm. I had not been here since 2016 and was excited to see it again, but sadly nothing is open during the day, which i suppose i can understand in the summertime here. What i did see was it was still overall very well taken care of and there was one place open for food a country style restaurant pancake house which appeared very popular.

Recently went to Trail Dust Town for an evening with our grandsons ages 4 & 7. Took in the Pistoleros Wild West Show and it was a hoot. We fully enjoyed the show. A lot of silly jokes, slapstick comedy great physical stunts by the actors. It is first come, first served type bleacher seating, but there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Friday, Saturday and Sundays they have shows at 7p & 8p. We paid $7 per ticket. Parking was super easy and free in the back of Trail Dust Town. Would highly recommend going to the show. Worth it!

If you head to trail dust town, you have to check out the stunt show! It was non-stop action and laughter. The show was worth more than the $8.50 admission! Had a blast, and saw a blast, at the stunt show. Highly recommended for everybody.

Free admission to walk the Western Town. Merry Go Round & kids rides have small fee. Pistolero Wild West Show is cheap, entertaining, stunt show. Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has great food! The Magic Store has experienced magician entertaining with magic tricks. Disappointed there wasn't more open shops.

What an amazing show! The pistoleros were one of the best stunt shows we have ever seen. Top notch, first class. The entire town and setting was really fun and there was plenty to see and do. The best part was that it’s right in Tucson. This is a must see!

We had a very enjoyable Sat evening. After dinner ( separate review )we took the train around the complex which was fun and relaxing ( $3.00 per person ) Then enjoyed a stroll through some of teh shops and enjoyed an ice cream.

We did not see the Wild West Show this visit, however, we have watched it many times over the years and it has always been delight.

Be prepared for many families and many, many youngsters,

Cute little town with a restaurant, pan for gold (fee), western show (fee), mini-train (fee), and a few shops. The extras are $3 per person & $8 for the show. Went on a Saturday night, free parking, and only a few stores were open.
