This was my second trip to the Gaslight Theatre. It is always fun with almost all the same cast members as last time. Audience participation encouraged. Western comedy play with a country themed review at the end. Cannot say enough about the service. If you are ever going to Tucson book a reservation and go have some fun.

We very much enjoyed showdown in Tucson. It is very well staged and the audience learns the key lines and can shout them out with the actors. Of course it is a little corny but we all had big smiles on our faces. You are seated at small tables (it’s popular) so go with thin friends or at least ones you don’t mind sitting close to. The popcorn is free and they keep bringing more! Folks with birthdays get a free ice cream cone and the pianist is remarkably accomplished- really holds the musical production together and the solos are amazing. An excellent and affordable night out.

Or so says the 11 yr old son. We attended the "Showdown on Tucson". The jokes were corny, the actors were awesome and we haven't laughed that hard in a while. From the sing along to start the show to the final curtain we were entertained and enjoyed every minute. We'll be back next time we're in Tuscon! Thanks for providing a funny show that our family could.enjoy together.

We visit Tucson every year for a break from the rainy Pacific Northwest. We have tried on a number of occasions to get tickets to The Gaslight Theater. Our inability to get admittance, certainly bears out what a quality presentation it is, and why it is so highly desirable. The Gaslight theater transports us back in time to a type of live presentation that no longer exists. It is fun and light but presented by musicians and actors that are top notch. Though the days of Vaudeville were well before my time, from what I've heard of that type of theater, this hearkens back very much to genre. The show is a parody of a program about the old west, filled with silly jokes, double entendres, dancing, singing, colorful costumes and characters, and genuine fun. If you had a hard day or a challenging week, The Gaslight is the best place to go to put your troubles behind you and experience a good harmless belly laugh. It is well worth the $20 per ticket price. You'll come out with a priceless amount of joy and a skip in your step. When in Tucson don't miss this couple hours of genuine harmless slapstick entertainment! You won''t be sorry!

One of the best musical shows on the planet with performers who have international recognition. They have both a 50's style dinner and a Pizza restaurant on site. During intermission they celebrate both birthdays and anniversaries of patrons.
