About Gray Line Tucson
Citizen Auto Stage Company (which is Gray Line Tucson) was founded in 1916 by Tom Morgan Sr., and has remained family owned and operated ever since. We are very proud of our company, and are pleased to offer a full suite of transportation services to the market. As Gray Line Tours we offer luxury group transportation throughout the southwest, including charter, sightseeing, package tours (as well as tours south of the border) and receptive services. We offer schoolbus transportation, catering to the needs of the Nogales community. As Citizen Express Lines we also offer freight services from the Mexican border in Nogales north. Many of our customers are Maquilas (factories) in Mexico, and we also have a fleet of approximately 450 trailers for transportation and storage.

Our 4 day, 3 night excursion to Rocky Point was fabulous. Bus was clean and comfortable and hotel was wonderful, right on the Sea of Cortez. Our tour guide and bus driver were first rate. Will definitely do this again.

Never thought much about long distance bus travel before, until now. A timid traveler among our group insisted we not drive ourselves in Mexico, so he found a trip to Rocky Point, Mex. via the Gray Line. What a pleasant surprise! Great guide, nice hotel and fun experience was

Every major city we went to we looked for Gray Line tours and took them. Those cities that did not have Gray Line we looked for other tours to give us an overview of the city, its history and places to see. The Gray Line system is great, the drives know the local history and put

We did this 3+ hour tour of Mexican restaurants in South Tucson on Grayline. The gentleman that was our guide was nice enough and you could tell he was into the Mexican food scene there (transplanted New Yorker). However, food service is not this man's strong suite. This tale

Response from TJ M, Owner at Gray Line Tucson

I'm very sorry to hear your experience was not everything it should've been! I do hope the food offerings were both tasty and interesting however. I do hope you enjoyed the tamale factory, and the Mexican bakery – their food handling is typically impeccable, and the content should've been both tasty and educational. It does sound like food service is not our tour guide's strong point. Our apologies. The first thing that we will do is institute a policy of sending gloves with our tour directors allowing them to avoid touching the food. We will offer them some instruction on proper food handling technique as well. Again, I hope you enjoed the remainder of the tour and you have our apologies with regard to the hotdogs. Please call if you are returning to Tucson, or live here – and we will extend a deeply discounted offer to you as an incentive to try us again. Please reference this trip adviser review if you do. I am TJ, owner and CEO.

We were in Las Vegas and decided to take a day trip to the south rim of The Grand Canyon. We booked the Grayline tour through Canyon Tours. Even though our hotel was on the strip, we were instructed to get to Planet Hollywood which was a 1/4 mile walk. We were picked up shortly

I am sorry to hear of your difficulties with the Gray Line in Las Vegas. Everyone in the motorcoach industry must occasionally deal with breakdowns, and the response varies from time to time and situation to situation. That being said, we are Gray Line of Tucson, and did not run this tour. Contrary to popular belief, Gray Line is not one huge company operating in various locations, but many independent companies operating all over the world. I do know the folks in Las Vegas, however, and I will make a point of forwarding this to their attention. They are actually an excellent company! We always make an effort to leave people with a good impression and happy memories. Clearly, this was not the case with your tour. Please accept my apologies and best wishes for the future. If you come to Tucson and wish to try one of our tours, print out this review and response, mention me by name (TJ), and we'll offer you a local tour at 15% off our normal rate. Best regards! TJ
