While visiting my folks in Tucson, I talked them and my niece and nephew into visiting the Miniature Museum. We started with the 7 minute video, as we were told to do, and my teenage niece and nephew's attention started waning after about 3 minutes; mine started waning about a minute after that. "Uh-oh", I thought. We headed for "The... More

A very interesting history of miniature doll houses and a fantastic collection. My wife who has always liked doll houses was in heaven. Be sure to take a flash light with you, but if you forget they have loaners, so you can see all the details. We spent about 1.25 hours here.

This is an amazing collections of tiny houses with all the tiny furniture, figures and details. Our young grandkids were fascinated and there were small footstools they could use to see into the displays.

My daughter (age 11) has been infected by my enthusiasm for all things tiny so this gallery of dollhouses and miniature scenes was a must see on our July trip to Tucson. The air conditioning was cool and the displays were amazing. We got there one hour before closing and had plenty of time to take in all of the... More

This is a hidden gem in Tucson. They have collected miniature houses and figures from all over. There are several rooms of exhibits in all different styles and periods. There is a workshop area too. Modern building with A/C and good restroom facilities. Not much of a gift shop though.

Since we're into small things, including our checking account balance, we stopped by the Mini Museum. My young kids loved the holiday room. We saw tons of cool doll houses and whatnot. I kinda wished there would be more landmarks in miniature, and I'm not sure why "Time Machine" is part of the title, but all in all we enjoyed... More

Hello and thanks for the review! We are glad you enjoyed your visit. Our founder named the museum because she always felt that the miniatures in her collection transported people to different times and places by imagining themselves as part of the scenes. More landmarks would be a great addition to the collection. We strive to bring in different miniatures... More

Our family went to the Miniature Time Museum and had a great experience! It's a smaller museum ( no pun intended) but still fun. LENGTH: About an hour. Kids don't get bored and the parents don't feel rushed. There is a "path" you can take which makes it easier to navigate the museum. (ask the museum guides where it is... More

The miniatures houses and sets were very cool, but the haunted section was very creepy. We won't be returning.
