We were very happy with Meg’s place. It had everything you could ask for, including gregarious pets! Meg checked on us without being intrusive. Highly recommend this if you or your family want the southwest experience to add to your trip. Jeff

The rangers are very friendly and helpful here, and the gift shop is small, but nice. There is little garden with names of plants, and some info on what to expect in the park. Be sure to stop here.

The desert is far from a lifeless place. You may not SEE the wildlife but their tracks are everywhere. We happened to catch the park after some rain and the flowers were blooming in force. Lots of hummingbirds flying too fast to be identified. The...More

We visited during the government shutdown so the place was closed and there was no staff. Nonetheless, there was very informative information even outside. I appreciated the mural/mosaic with some of the most popular animals and plants of the park. It was also helpful to...More

We stopped here when after we drove through Saguaro National Park. There is a small gift shop and a display about the cactus inside. It is worth the stop!

Not a lot of visitors when we arrived so we got a lot of personalized attention. Good displays and introduction to what we would find when out on the trails
