I am a master Gardener in Kansas and enjoyed viewing Arizona plant life. Very well layed out with easy to read labels on plants. Several experts were on hand to answer questions. This is not a large garden area so easy to get through.

I was in town visiting friends and family and we decided to spend a few hours at the Gardens. The Butterfly exhibit was especially interesting and beautiful. This is a great place to enjoy the surroundings at a relaxing pace.

A lovely place to stroll and look at beautiful plantings and gardens. I really enjoyed the butterfly pavilion--a must visit and magical space. It is smaller than many botanical gardens, and I was able to enjoy it in about 2 hours. The gift shop had...More

The paved paths are well laid out and are organized by themes. Don't miss the aviary! Everything is well marked so you can learn the names of many plants and desert critters. The smaller gift shop is delightful. It has local artisan jewelry, clothes, and...More

Visited the Gardens, on Mother's Day with family. Spent the most peaceful time, strolling the paths, surrounded by exotic plants and trees. The highlight of our adventure, was the butterfly exhibit. (Got a picture with one, when it landed on my shoulder.) A hidden gem,...More

The web site and brochures made this place sound much larger than it actually is. My main reason for going was to see the butterfly exhibit. That was nice, but it's so hot and humid in there we didn't stay long. We got there at...More

I was surprised, not only by the size, but by the cost of this Garden. I had senior and discount tickets, but without them the fee would have been $13. I live in St. Louis and we have a wonderful Botanical Garden that costs $8....More

Yes, your admission fee admits you into the Cox Butterfly & Orchid Pavilion. NOTE: Please check the website for Pavilion hours as the Butterfly exhibit has its own separate hours.
