We're escape room addicts and try to visit at least one every trip we go on. This was our second escape room on this trip. My wife found Ace of Escape searching Google and the reviews were positive. They were training new staff and they seemed to enjoy working at an escape room and were friendly despite being nervous! We did Mad Medicine as an "Expert" room. The storyline was interesting and the puzzles were pretty hard and we were off to a pretty slow and difficult start. We did gladly accept a few clues given to us when the staff saw us struggling! We managed to successfully complete this room with a 34 seconds to spare! On our next trip to Tucson we'll give them and a different room another try. Great way to spend some time indoors when it's 100+ degrees out!

We have done escape rooms in many different countries and when we have our annual visit to the in-laws in the Tucson area, we have found that the best escape rooms are found at Ace of Escape. The puzzles are interesting and the rooms have a good flow. The atmosphere of each room sets the tone and the game masters are welcoming. We were the first to play the seasonal Christmas room and the game master came in on Thanksgiving for us. We are two adults and our 15 year old and have done all but two of the rooms that Ace of Escape have to offer. We have done escape rooms at the other companies and Ace of Escape is a cut above the rest.

These were some really great rooms. So good in fact, we played four in one day. The décor were immersive, the puzzles were clever and our game master was just as enthusiastic about the genre as we were. We'll be making the drive down from Phoenix for the remaining two soon. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

Ok, so you know when you start to tell someone about something you did and you start laughing before you even say a word? Yup, this is one of those events. We drove up from Tombstone to Tucson and figured why not add in an Escape Room. See none of us had ever done one before, so this was the perfect time to do it. The building is easy to find and very clean. The man who was working walked us through a few clues and rules to help us understand more of the room we had chosen. Then once in the room we set off finding our clues to unlock things around the room. This was really fun, challenging, and so exciting that it didn't even matter if we finished or not, it was a great time. This is wonderful for team building, and just family fun. I would even recommend this for birthday parties. You almost feel like 007 while working through them. I only recommend having at least four or more people, the more you have the better and skill level doesn't matter because it's fun for everyone.

We had a great time in the Six Shooter room! The 4 of us (2 teens, 2 adults) were able to find the loot with some help from our host.... but for me the best part was seeing everyone work together to figure it out.... fun for the whole family. We will be back!

Staff is awesome. They worked with my schedule so I could fit in 2 rooms that night. They were determined to make sure we could get two rooms in and that we had a great time. Excellent customer service. Rooms were great too. We did bad medicine and beat the clock.

Several friends and I went here a few weeks ago to do the "Stuck in the 70's Room". I have been to a couple of escape rooms, and some of my friends had, also. There were some first timers with us. We were able to escape, thanks to those with experience; but it was close!

We had a great time at Ace of Escape. The service by our game master, Brittany, was excellent. She was very attentive and clear, and was very careful to limit her clues to only what we really needed. The room itself did a good job of giving bits of clues early that would be used later. I found myself wondering about them a lot while playing. The props were very authentic. Afterwards, there was a photo op and signing on the walls to indicate our escape. Next time we are in Tucson, we will try another room at Ace of Escape. Their location has recently moved to a larger venue. Love their interior décor. How do they think this stuff up?! Plenty of parking nearby.

My siblings and I did the 70s room and managed to "escape" 3 minutes past the deadline and with the use of all the hints (we could have used more). It was fun to walk into the room with the decor and music of that era, which most of us remembered well. The hints were very challenging and obscure, and the first-time escapers had a hard time following what we were supposed to do. But we all helped in one way or another to unlock the locks and solve the clues. It was particularly nice that we had the room to ourselves. Allison was just wonderful, greeting and guiding us thru the whole event. A great experience!
