A blast from the past. Full of memorabilia from before, during and after the civil war. Bridgeport is full of history.

Great memories seeing photos and mementos of the places I remember from my youth. There are Bridgeport High School class composites dating back to the 1940s There are also photo albums of the history of Bridgeport through the lens of T. E. Asherbranner

The location and scenery are really nice ,Although the museum was closed, they have a civil war era cannon and other items of interest around the outside, right in the same area are various old victorian homes , nice sunday afternoon drive.
