We saw Chicago and EWF here and really liked the acoustics and seating. The prices at the concession stands are ridiculous. I paid $4.50 for a bottle of water!!!

We saw the Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire concert at the Dunkin Donuts Center. Our seats in Section 121 Row DD were very comfortable with an unobstructed view of the stage. The sound and lighting systems were superb. The concert was beyond expectations and went on for 3.5 hours. Rest rooms were very clean and plentiful and there was... More

We were going to be in RI and saw that Chicago and Earth, Wind, and Fire were going to be playing so we got tickets. Usually we attend shows at Madison Square Garden. We were running late so we decided to eat at the show, this was a big mistake. There were hardly any food selections, but a lot of... More

The center is well-located, easy to navigate, and has good views all around. The facility is clean and well-maintained, staff are helpful and efficient. Food & beverages are ridiculously expensive, of course, but that's true of every concert venue.

Attended Chicago & Earth Wind & Fire concert last night here. Nice venue but two things that could stand improvement. Deck of speakers hanging from rafters interview with the view of the jumbletron in a huge way from the back corners (we were section 235) cutting your view of the action. See attached photo. Second, the men's room near the... More

The acoustics were amazing. We have seen this concert a few times, but this was the most enthusiastic thus far. I agree with previous post. Better signage for parking/entrance would be greatly appreciated.

Downtown. Right beside and connected to the convention center via walkway. Good acoustics, not too big of a site. Saw Earth Wind and Fire with Chicago there. Normal venue style food @ concession.

I recently was at this building for a convention and we had approx. 1,500 people at our convention and I was excited that it was in The Dunkin Donut Center, because who doesn't love Dunkin Donuts?? To my surprise and extreme disappointment, the staff there told us that Dunkin Donuts would not be open, because they felt it would not... More

My daughter has many cheer comps and the building is beautiful. The food is ok but we love how it is connected to the hotel so we dont even need to leave the building !!

My teen daughter and I saw 5th Harmony in concert here. It was awesome! It is not huge like the Bell Center in Montreal and it didn't seem as big as the venue in Uncasville so it seemed like everyone had decent seats. There's some places to get classic sports arena food or beer and tons of bathrooms. It may... More
