The staff was really friendly, though they din't have much info on surrounding areas. It would be nice to have more info on scenic stuff to do in the surrounding areas. The building and facilities were very nice and clean.

Fairly new parking center is free, with beautiful walkways and bridges that connect with downtown, avoiding having to walk through busy intersections. Center provides useful information and bathrooms, center hub for bus shuttles to RMNP and trolley to downtown. Really nice and peaceful river walk.
