Peaceful yoga studio in the middle of Estes Park. The classes are geared towards complete newcomers or experienced practitioners. I walked out of my class feeling relaxed - like I had been to a spa!

I had a great Saturday class with Alex. Level 1 class is great for all levels. It hit the spot. Thanks Alex!

I'm a travel nurse, working in Estes for the summer. Alex's vinyasa classes have carried me through long work hours which can be hard on a body. That alone meets my needs and I am grateful! If you are looking for a dynamic power yoga with loud music (which I enjoy at times, as well), this studio isn't that. But, if you are looking for a great vinyasa practice, in a relaxed environment, centrally located, a place to "do and be you" wherever you are in your practice (beginner to advanced) and in life, this studio is where you want to be.
