Fun place to shop
Aug 2020
I am not a rock hound at all. This shop turned me into one!! They had a large selection of local and imported items. The local items were very interesting, like cracking open your own geode right there.

Lots to see
Aug 2020
This place had something for everyone. They have large rocks for serious collectors, small rocks for beginners, and shaped rocks for souvenirs.

Disability Etiquette: How to Respect People with Disabilities
Jul 2020 • Family
The staff where beyond mean to my son who has a disability. Questioning what it was... Words will never express how disappointed I am that two grown woman yelled and point there finger at a child. Estes Park has many other rock shops. Dicks Rock Museum on Morraine were kind and helpful.

Nice selection of rocks from CO and around the world. A little pricey, but worth the stop. Good agate and fossil collections.

A must stop
Sep 2019
I read reviews left talking about cracking your own geode and knew I had to get one of my own to bring back home. The prices were written on each I'm guessing according to size possibly. I picked out one for $25. I really appreciated the man who helped me at the store and opened my geode. He took the time to explain the process, where the geodes originate from, and asking which direction I wanted him to cut it. The experience alone was worth just watching him crack it open like an egg revealing the treasure inside. It was beautiful and even he said that I'd picked a really good one with how the crystallization was inside. I couldn't have been happier. The store selection and geodes on display were impressive to look at and worth spending some time browsing. I'm sure everyone will find something that catches their eye to take back with them.

Excellent selection of local stone
Jul 2019 • Family
I stopped here after reading other reviews and was not disappointed. I found a great selection of local stones at a range of prices. I was particularly interested in stone from Teller County. This store has a lot to offer, so take your time to look around. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone loves this place!

Literally have been visiting this shop every visit since I was a child. This establishment has every thing for the rock collector, jewelry wearer, etc. Wonderful selection of geodes, jewelry, thirsty stone coasters, and just a wonderfully neat place! A definite must see!

Great little shop

Had a fun time looking. I went in to buy the real leaf covered with gold earrings for my daughter. They had such a great selection that it was hard to decide. I purchased two but will go back next time I'm in town for more.

Definitely Worth a Visit!
Apr 2018 • Family
They have a ton of beautiful rocks here and a friendly staff. We had a great time walking through just to look at everything and bought a couple of our favorites. Worth a stop in for sure! Kids will love this place (almost as much as my wife and I did).
