I decided to swap dinner for wine tasting with cheese and pita chips last night and was NOT disappointed!!! Get there early as they close at 7, but I didn't feel rushed with a reservation at 5. The tips on the back of their sampling menu were helpful and spot on! I first sampled whites and a rose. After a full glass of one of my favorites, I did a sampling of 5 reds and am so glad I did!! I normally prefer Chardonnay and other non-sweet white wines. I ended up buying 6 bottles and only two were white! They credit you the $9 Sampling Charge if you buy 3 bottles so I got both tastings free. The shop is easy to get to and even easier to park if you go around back. The place is clean and inviting with very friendly, helpful staff. The only slight disappointment is that there is no view and the foid, while good, is packaged so you kind of serve yoursefood, had an herbed goat cheese and Flax Seed/Simolina Garlic Parm Pita chips....yummy! If you are ready to relax and find some new favorite wines, visit Snowy Peaks!

Greeter was nice and helpful however our waiter was very awkward and inattentive. My girlfriend & I have been planning this trip to Estes Park, CO for quite some time now and this was one of the main places we wanted to go. Upon being seated, we were not offered any water and had to ask for a food menu 15 minutes after wards. This was one of our first wineries and we were never once asked if we had any questions or how the wine was. I will give Snowy Peaks Winery a 2 star review only because the greeter at the front door.

We love to visit wineries, but traveling with young children usually makes this impossible! Snowy Peaks offers nonalcoholic ciders for children to sample while parents wine taste. $9 for five tastings allowed the adults to enjoy roughly a glass of wine each. We ordered some elk salami and cheese and crackers for make a simple dinner out of it. I am usually more of a white wine drinker, but we preferred their red wines to the white wines, and we purchased a bottle to take home with us.

My husband and I spent a relaxing Sunday afternoon tasting wines. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation as they get busy. We each tasted 5 wines for $8 and enjoyed each wine we tasted. All the grapes used in their wines are grown in Colorado which is a fun fact.

Whenever we visit Estes Park, our trip is not complete until one..two..three trips are made to this delightful winery. On Fridays, they have live music and it is fun to try Colorado made wines with snacks they have for sale. They also have cut Colorado themed items you can pick up to take home. Christmas ornaments, wine items, and cute hand made aprons with wildlife and Colorado prints are available for sale. Stop by and visit the wonderful staff. They will make your stop a pleasant afternoon..

Having run into an unexpected snow storm in Estes Park in May, we decided to spend a few hours at this winery doing tastings and snacking. Service as slow but the place was full so it was understandable. Two ladies provided entertainment singing ballads. It was a good way to wile away a few snowy hours. We enjoyed the wine as well.

We had a wonderful wine tasting experience. They had a decent selection of red, white, and rose as well as meat and cheese selections from the area. The wine tasting was very affordable ($9 for 5 selections) and each bottle was also affordable. There was adequate space to maintain social distancing as well.

We met up with some friends in Estes Park and decided to chill out at the winery for a bit but we never really wanted to spend all day in here waiting for everything. At one point we almost decided to leave but they had already taken our orders. The biggest thing was that there was basically NO ONE else there. Maybe we just caught them at a terrible time but it was outrageous the amount of time we spent for a flight of wine. They were also out of almost all of the snacks so it was just an all-around failure.

We always enjoy sampling local wines. This winery was very well maintained with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the 5 glass samples and the make your own charcuterie board. Went home with a bottle of our favorite.

We stopped in for a tasting and wished we could have brought some bottles home with us! Snowy Peaks has a lot of different wines to choose from. We were seated outside and used dry-erase markers to mark our 5 choices on a menu. Our server brought all 5 samples out at once, each glass clearly marked as to which wine we had chosen. The samples were generous and the staff was so friendly. The wines were so good, and I even ordered a glass of Snowy Peaks Chardonnay at the restaurant we went to for dinner that night. Highly recommend you stop in for a tasting. You won't be disappointed!
