We were in Estes for a family reunion and decided at the last minute to take the Tram Ride. The ride was quick, but worth the breathtaking views. We had members of all ages and each one enjoyed the ride. We would highly recommend this experience.

Fun attraction to do in Estes Park. Only about a 5 min ride to the top where the views are outstanding. It's also fun to explore at the top and you can do a short walk on a dirt road all the way to very top of the mountain.

Paying $12 per person in my opinion is way too expensive when you consider there are Gondola's in other resort towns that are free. The line to get on was quite a while as well and it wasn't even out the door so if it's really busy I wouldn't recommend. The view though is amazing! Other than the view there... More

The line to get tickets was a bit long. Once you get to the ticket booth it takes about 30ish minutes to board. The cars hold up to 8 people plus the operator its just a fun thing to do and fun way to travel up a mountain. The top has a little gift shop and coffee shop nothing exciting.... More

We had a tight schedule and this was a good choice to make the most of our time. I saw more from this summit than I did on the long hike that I took.

And do the Aerial Tramway!!! I was nervous when I arrived, because it looked so high up!!!!! Not a big fan of heights. The employees were kind and encouraging. 9 people stand in a car as you are gently whisked to the top. Once at the top there is a gift shop where you may purchase snacks/coffee and peanuts to... We rode the tram as a way to see the view without having to drive out into RMNP. The $12 cost seemed reasonable. The wait wasn't very long, and the tram ride was very smooth. We were able to walk around for a while at the top, feed the chipmunks, get a cup of coffee, and sit and enjoy the... More

I really enjoyed the tramway experience. The wait to board was reasonable, the ride up and down pleasurable, and afforded terrific views of Estes and the mountains. This is a must-do if in the Estes area.

We had a great time on the Tramway. It takes you to the top of Estes Park, on a gondola(??). The price is pretty reasonable, and it is a beautiful view at the top, and like other people have said, with some obese chipmunks. The gift shop and snack bar is better at the top. It would probably do them... More

On a day between backpacking trips, we didn't feel like hiking and chose to ride the aerial tram. Went late morning, waited in line about 20 minutes. The tram ride was quick and easy, and we spent over an hour walking around all the observation areas and climbing on the rocks, enjoying the great views and wildlife. Also had an... More
