I used to come here as a child and now have taken my kids. I am terrified of heights, so this is hard for me to ride, but once you get to the top and see the scenery, it is worth every uncomfortable second riding the tram. Such beautiful views, small hikes to long hikes. We stayed to just sit... More

Visited this during a trip to Estes Park with my wife and young son. The tram was a little nerve-wracking, but the view from the top was amazing. There is really not a lot to do at the top besides the view however. It is also very expensive for what is available at the top.

Unless you are absolutely in to Tramways or your kids wanna visit, its a waste of time... and money. I would rather go for hiking in rockies to get the same beautiful views... for free. We did took this and found nothing of charm. Its a complete missable.

Not only is the experience of riding up a mountain in a tram super amazing the view is indescribable. There are mountains as far as you can see, and once you get to the top Estes park is so tiny. And on the top there are cute little chipmunks everywhere that aren't scared of people! If you go to Estes... More

Beautiful views of Estes Park when you get to the top of the tramway! We went up last year for the first time. This year when we went back with our kids and grandkids, we all took the tramway and the kids had a ball feeding the chipmunks at the top.

In summary, it was fun once. It was relatively expensive, long line and not much to do at the top. There's an expensive cafe and you can buy peanuts to feed chipmunks. The line area was small with a lot of breakable souvenirs, which, with a long line, made containing a toddler in an hour long line difficult.

Perfect place to hike, enjoy the mountain views, breath fresh air, have a snack or coffee and "feed the chipmunks"... there were not many chipmunks around and they do not eat your peanuts anymore, seems like they had plenty to eat. Pictures taken up there are awesome and we really enjoyed exploring around! Going up was good and coming down... More

When we bring family for a reunion which we do nearly every summer, they always want to ride the tram to the top. Great views, photo spot

I loved the aerial tramway. My mom was afraid of the cars but loved the top once we got there. Feeding the chipmunks was really fun!

This tram ride was a great way to get up to the top for the great views. A little pricey but it was worth it for a one time adventure.
