We were really glad we went to the oldest operating theatre in the country, just for the experience. We watched 3 Buster Keaton silent movies, with an amazing piano player. We felt like we had gone back in time. Prepare for simplicity. Don't compare it...More

We watched a movie here and while the movie wasn't as good as expected, the theater was lovely. The was a bit of history shown prior to the movie that was amazing to see. This theater has survived so much. While these may not be...More

This theater is a fabulous piece of living history, but updated with digital technology and sound! It is a real refreshing change from the modern multi-plex. In fact the owner comes in to pass out extra cushions and make suggestions on seating locations. The screen...More

Stopped in here for a bit of history and to look around. The bitter, hateful lady working said "we're operating our business today, so please leave." There is no call for that level of rudeness, and if you don't like tourists, maybe don't do business...More

Great sound system and bright projection. The lights remained on throughout, until the theatre went dark at end of credits. Fortunately, we weren't locked in. Seats not very comfortable. Nice to be able to see a first run film on vacation.

We had some extra time while visiting Estes Park, so we spent a few hours seeing a movie here. It's a nice old-fashioned theater with just one screen and oriental carpets on the walls. There are drinks and hot dogs and other snacks, too.

I remember seeing the building when I first arrived to the town. I had never been to a single screen movie theater before. Once you enter the building it was like I stepped into a time machine. I really got to see what it was...More

Family and I enjoyed seeing the new release "The BFG" at the Park Theater. The theater is over 100 years old and is in great condition-- Dolby surround sound. It was a fun thing to do with the family at night in Estes.

First and foremost the Park is beautiful, one of those dying breeds of movie theaters, still offering things like silent film festivals with live music and the architecture is a step back in time. However the staff is rude and short with every person. In...More
