This is something you should check out while in Estes Park. There is a glass blower that you can watch create his artwork.

We spent a little time in this shop watching the artist, enjoyed the tunes and the conversation. Nice guy with a really cool talent. Bought a cool bowl. Neat experience!

My husband is fascinated by the craft of blown glass. We enjoyed the demonstration and then my husband discussed it with the person doing the demonstration for about 15 minutes. Was very enjoyable.

Wanted to stop in based on previous reviews. Shopkeeper was buy on phone entire time and did not acknowledge us. There was also no one in forge area (this was around 3pm on Sunday). Items appear lovely, albeit expensive.More

That would be something a Lamp artist could make for you! i would highly suggest using google to search for a lamp/torch glass blower in your area.
