We love the trout farm! There were 8 of us fishing and we caught 8 fish in an hour! You pay $1 an inch and $1 per fish to clean them. They put them on ice and you go home and cook them. We like using seasoning salt and butter in foil on the grill. The kids had a blast!... More

Took the kid to Trout Haven Pond. Had a great time! Wife caught 2 and 4 year old also caught 2. Will definitely come back!!! Pond was frozen but did everything possible to catch fish. We cooked the fish 2 hours after the catch and was amazing. They will clean fish for you while you wait. Well worth a trip!!!!... More

Fishing is not a typical activity for my family, but we wanted to get part of the experience without the commitment and expense of a fly fishing expedition. We went two days in a row. On the first day, we didn't catch anything and they only charged a few dollars for the pole rental. The second day, we didn't have... More

We had so much fun. The fish weren't biting at the lakes. But we went for 3 days, 1 on each of the first 2 days, then 11 on the third day. I am 21 and have never caught a fish, but on the 3rd day I caught my first fish! Its a thrill. They're delicious too! We caught two... More

My husband and 8 year old daughter visited Trout Haven. Know that you have to keep anything you catch and pay by the inch and plus you have to pay to have the fish cleaned. You also rent the fishing gear or you can bring your own. This fish were not biting for them, so we were only out th... More

My wife kids and i took a visit to the trout haven fishing pond. We were greeted by the polite and friendly staff and were fully informed on the scoop. We then caught 5 fish in a little over an hour, it was a great experience for my kids and for me as well! The staff were very helpful along... More

I took my mom and daughter there today, and we had the best time! We stayed MUCH longer than we planned. The pond was fully stocked - you could see hundreds of fish. Everyone there was catching! We caught two! The best part... the staff was so incredibly helpful... especially Billy! He came out and told us how to use... More

We went there a few years ago and it was great. The pond was fully stocked and the staff was extremely helpful. They went around to make sure everyone caught something. We caught 5 or 6. We went back a year or two ago. and it was totally different. There weren't as many fish and the staff just stayed in... More

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at the Trout Pond. We are on a weekly delivery system for the fish stocking so there must have been another reason the fish were not biting. They are very sensitive to the weather and the water temperature which has sometimes contributed to the lack of biting. I don't... More
