We were here in early January and it was unusually mild and sunny. We really just stumbled on the beach after visiting the amazing Rumiano's Cheese factory. The drive along Pebble Beach is awe inspiring and there's plenty of places to park and access the...More

We went here in November thinking it was going to be extremely cold but surprisingly it was quite nice. Beautiful views and an amazing place for kids to play.

Beautiful Beach. There are quite a few steps to access it, but worth it if you can manage. A rainy day in November didn't ruin it's beauty. Encourage you to visit.

My kids loved the break from being in the woodlands nearby. Sunset was absolutely stunning. We went back the other night and it was nice to see locals and tourists alike sharing in the splendor.

Gather sand dollars and interesting driftwood. Over 4 miles of beach from point to point. Bring your dog. Beach fires are legal.

sand and sea what you expect from a beach. The water is very cold so wrap up warmly or shrinkage will occur to all exposed body parts

The closest might be across from the beach and down the road. I called some private camp grounds in Crescent City and some seem nice and some aren't. Always be prepared for cold weather at night. The Klamath tribe has a... More
